Its Cyanogenmod 10. CM is just an acronym.
I don't know whether some sense roms have that, I hate sense and that's why I don't use it.

That's the quick settings screen. These tiles are configurable via ("Settings"->"Surface"->"Quick Settings" resp. "Einstellungen"->"Oberfläche"->"Schnelleinstellungen")

It can't be done "out of the box". There is no option. If he wants, he needs to root phone, deodex it and than use some mod. Probably mod by himself, the way he wants to be.

If you want to rearrange the buttons, wifi, data, gps etc etc go to this thread and go to step 6. I showed Joehanh88 they way and he included it in his great thread. But you have to know how to decompile a deodexed systemui to do that. Lots of tutorials how to are available, search is your friend. I hope this is what you are looking for.
If you give me your systemUI.apk and the items order you want, I can rearrange them for you and then I send you a flashable zip

How do you keep the nav buttons lit up? Who would design a device with buttons that vanish???
By nav buttons I mean the back, home, and square button on the bottom of the phone. When you touch the screen they light up for a sec, then they just turn off. Super annoying when you are say reading a page on Chrome, want to go back, and the back button is just gone.
It is configurable in the settings

yea, there is no OTA, you'd have to upgrade manually.
Head over to the ROMs sub forum, and you'll find plenty of guides and tutorials.

I'm not sure about the hardware differences between my x520 and yours, if there are any.
But better asking in that rom post.

If I turn off developer options, do my settings in it still stay as they are ? For example, I have increased animation speed, will it stay the same after turning off developer options ?

Everything will stay the same :good:
If you turn it off, all settings within it will revert back to stock.

Just tried. Settings revert back to original.
Thanks for checking guy. I guess, I would not want to trade those settings for not seeing build number. I will stick with dev settings on.

You can try flashing this module via magisk manager. It'll depend on what you have already flashed. If you have a module installed that already modified the SystemUIGoogle.apk, this won't work.
