no lag after new sonyhome.apk

hello guys......since yesterday ma phone i9070 with jelly bean Q4 rom....got 7...8....times of random freezing and hangs.
yesterday night i accidently installed sonyericsson home apk(modded one for all devices)
and there is no more freezes......hangs.
i want to share this and....is anyone to confirm this?
and really want to know what is the reason for this?
damn now this device fast like a ferrari

no men....its not a secrey. but im scarws if i put a link and get banned.

You can post link if app is free. Forbiden is to provide apk that is no free, but you can post link to playstore etc... So if it is free, you can put link here.

ok just install it. make it your default home launcher. and let me know freezing is ok or not

Do you think these lags and hangs related to the stock launcher?
With nova prime ive got them too. Currently iam using apex (free) and there is no lag. Sometimes there is a hang, but after a reboot its okay for ~a Day

i dont know what brings tje lag to this phone. but now after using this launcher there is no more lags.but it get freeze when i watch hd videos. thats all.
may be someone can confirm this.i'm also waiting for that.

Seems to work with no lags for me at all, but I recently did a factory reset so maybe on the way it will lag don't know for sure...

For that dialers and contact app are guilty. I think Sammsung didn't do job like it should with that. I am trying exDialer for now...

So far this one works great!!! But makin a widget of this app will be soooooo easy to access at anytime. (im not a samsung user n never will be! So i dont know aabt this original app)

ONE Messaging app (stock) broken

Is there any sort of fix to the stock messaging app when it decides to just stop working? I really don't want to use a 3rd party app nor should I HAVE too

I'd Google "messaging apk" and see what results you get. I'll bet someone has made it available and all you would need to do is download it and install it and you should be good to go. Otherwise someone on here might be nice enough to extract that apk from their stock and give it to you.

Email says pics not supported

Will this issue be resolved in the new update...it's pointless if it's not. Most of the emails that I recieve have pics...thx in advance

i think the only way to see pictures is using custom rom on gear, and 3rd party email client.
you won't get pics in your notifications.

That sucks...cause it won't show the email either if it has pics

It is limited by whatever in displayed in notification you can see in the dropdown list of phone

Not reciveing sms notifications aswell as others!

As the title states I'm not reciveing sms notifications aswell as some other apps like xda and such. I restarted my gear and phone still nothing tried unchecking it and checking it from the gear manager app and Nada any help will be appreciated gear isn't rooted

Try getting the latest updates for both the gear and manager (via SamsungApps). Worst case scenario if you already have the latest, is reseting the watch and clearing the application data for Gear manager from Settings/General/Application Manager

gear needs to have lock screen enabled on your phone cant be set to none. At least swipe in order for notifications to be pushed, had the same problem fixed mine

Seems to only work with the stock messaging app too. I was using handcent and was wondering why I couldn't get the notifications well I turned off all the notifications on that app and when my phone was in screen lock then I would get them. Email needs to be set auto get mail what ever interval you want not manually. And again in lock screen seems to work for me anyway.

That doesn't help I wiped the data under app managers, gear manager and reseted my gear from the gear itself then gear manager app still nothing I have swipe enabled no 3rd party messaging apps. Again I'm not rooted.

I'm having the same issue.Stock phone and gear.Did all the above steps and still no messaging. You mentioned reinstalling your rom-how did you do that on a stock phone?
