Prometheus Custom Rom Pre-release
I want to share my new project called Prometheus Rom with you We are all waiting for an ICS bootloader for the european G version of our device so that we have CM9 and I can start porting MIUI. It´s not a real Custom Rom yet, because I need YOU to suggest me some features I should include/port/create whatever. Please post your suggestions here and I will add them to my todo list if they are possible. AND THIS IS NOT MIUI! MY FIRST REAL MIUI WILL BE BASED ON ICS
I used some parts from GalaxyRom to get 14 Toogle mod flashlight working, credits to kishen80!​

FAQ:
What to do on first boot / how to get MIUI Lockscreens?
You will see something like this after the installation of this rom when you boot for the first time. Be sure you click on "Set as default" and then touch on "MILocker".
After you did this open the app MILocker by tapping on the icon within your launcher. You can now choose your favorite lockscreen (don´t be confused by the chinese names, most of the lockscreens themselfe are in english
Whats this notification in the notification bar?
On your first boot you will see a notification like this that reads please enable or disable anonymus user stats. Please click on it you will be redirectet to the app
Please enable the stats by enabling main-optin. This app is still in BETA stage and created by out Team blockbuster. We are building a statistic system that provides us many information to make our roms even better. Download the following zip archive, put it to your sd card. Then unzip it (so that you have /sdcard/MIUI/theme on your sdcard) and choose between the lockscreens in MiLocker. Enjoy

1) Backlight Notification Mod.. your buttonlight will be like a notification light (ask google for more information). Recuires a kernel that supports it and I'm working on one
2) Youre right not working I will fix this

Beats audio and xloud do not go along with eachother. Use them separately please......
Use them tother and ur speaker might be damaged. Better port beats. Not xloud...

One Question: former Aroma Installer deleted also Synchronisation function of my phone Does your Rom still include sync app ?? because my contacts are always on google.
Oh and one idea/suggestion. Are agressivex and abyssplug governors included?

One Question Balliboxer, why the Setting systemUI black color? The original Xperia Setting systemUI is white color, just like xperia mod theme you release before.

U can install without wipe any data but if u face any fc then wipe is must, chances r very rare.

I think u didn't read the changelog, apart from launcher many more features have added in this Rom. It's not a full rom port of xperiaz but many features r there of xperiaz .

Installation Guide
1. Download the Rom zip file .
2. put the zip on your sd card.
3. Switch off your phone and reboot into stock/cwm recovery.
4. Wipe data and cache.
5. Flash the rom zip file.
6. Wipe data and cache.
7. Reboot the system and you are good to go.

After installing reboot your phone. Don't worry if Bootlogo stays all the way! It's just a bug which will be fixed later. If you hear Nexus Bootanmiation sound after 1 minute after rebooting than your device isn't bricked. If you don't, it is bricked and you must flash a custom frimware based upon your county or not via ODIN.

Breaking News : Just found out how to fix bootanimation bug. With root explorer go to build.prop and on the last line make it 0 or delete it ( Ain't sure about deleting because it will cause bootloop :/ )

If it would be the same then your phone would look like LDPI screen with full of bugs!
Also I have fixed many bugs. It is very smooth! Compared to x3 It is ultra! I am gonna edit and release another improvemented versions. I will fix all those minor bugs and normal ones.

The only important bug for now is that you don't have bootanimation :/
You have GT-S5830i Bootlogo all the time till it boots. First time i tried i thought it was bricked but when i heard Nexus bootanimation sound than i got it.
Any IDEA?
I tried everything. Changing bootanimation. FIles in xbin of bootanimation..??

It seems there are only few bugs as you mentioned in your post.. so why dont you post this in android development thread no one will notice if its in the general section.. try posting this in development section,so that anyone interested can continue your work anyway looking from the screenshot,great job

I dont understand what u r talking about
Edit-if u are taking about those headers/heading(Wireless etc etc).then i must tell u that they are same in mdpi phones nothing different

Because of the way the headers are displayed in the settings,it looks odd,like they are cut off from both the sides.. just now realised its the same for other roms too..
So you will continue this project,right? Looking forward for more updates

Love to see development for our willy..thanks @startracker for taking the pains.
Also fix that wifi issue as a priority man...coz people like me wont be able to flash it as we depend on wifi only..
And sorry to ask...but androidiani fixed is the roms name or u have fixed something..?
Also..would u recommend overclocking till 825 MHz ?
Isnt anything above 600 - 650 harmful for the motherboard's life ?

the rom name is (fixed) yes it is fixed to be 104 mb

Hi, first off all great port !
If you want to fix the wifi, you should make a new build based on latest cm7.2 and change only the system/app which are include in this rom ( don't change all the app, only system ui.ak , the launcher; the dialer, the contact and everything that make the kk style interface )
I have not enough free time to do that, but when i would free i will fix your rom.
