Not being a KJ here but I think its clearly a mistake because if no one noticed, the minor update (.101) is missing from the list.
But I am really hoping a 4.4 for our ZR
guess its kk fw... if its mistake they would have changed

I'm just waiting for my Xperia Z1 arrive. I bought C6943 version (Japanese/Brazilian), with Digital TV 1seg.
I'm just worried about official updates and developing purposes.
Will I be able to install official updates just like version C6903?
If there is any custom rom for Xperia z1, will version C6943 be supported? Or it's different from model C6943 and will be unsupported?
I don't care about Digital TV, so if I lost this function, I don't care. I just wanna have my device updated and running smoothly

Oh damn it! I just bought this C6943 version. I hope Cyanogen team works with this model too.
Btw, do you know about retail updates? Here in XDA there are some forums that are talking about new builds from Sony. Do you know if C6943 supports those updates?
Is same problem, version c6903 maybe works, same bands in lte, but needs to try.

So maybe, custom rooms will run just like in C6903

I hope the Devs wont overlook the C6943. It has radio and TV signals, which are useful at times. I wouldn't like to lose these functionalities!!! :fingers-crossed:

You should check via PC Companion or SUS, because OTA updates usually come a few days later.

You probably shouldn't flood their servers with these requests too often.

I just recieved the 12.1.A.205 on my xperia sp in india.what troubles me is that all ftf files shared by the devs are around 800mb while the update i received on my phone via ota was just 5.4 mb.anyone has any idea what might have happened??

I think ota doesn't flash complete firmwsre, just flashes the changes

I also got the update late night at 12.10 am IST, but I am literally clueless that this update is for what and what changes did it make for a moment I thought that's kitkat but when.I installed I dint see any changes lol was disappointed.
Can anybody tell me the new changes in. 205?

Mostly performance tweaks.check the support page for changelog.users report smoother experience and removal of the flickering issue. Well mine was working fine so i didnt notice much change.
When The Android Lollipop 5.0 comes up for xperia z ????

Sony confirms that xz3 and z2 will get lollipop in January so maybe z1 and z will get it in march.
Looks like I'll be leaving the Xperia Z behind, o2 in the UK finally got the Nexus 6 in stock so that's where my posts will be headed.
Maybe at the beginning of Q2 2015
