Samsung Ativ S engineering phone - Windows Phone 8 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi All
i have an Samsung Ativ S engineering phone i try to install apps from store but it says "There is a problem with your Microsoft account. please try again later." I have try to change Microsoft account i put the Microsoft account that i have to another phone and i going well install aps but in my Samsung Ativ S engineering phone do not install. anyone can help me ?

I'd be interested in knowing the OS version and other details... Maybe there's some policy set on the phone that prevents the use of MS account? :S

i have been searching in the internet and still cant find the solution.. Please help me guys..
Are you installing Kies or Kies Mini? Did you download it from the Samsung website?
And the obvious question - are you connected to the internet when you try to install?
Check your anti virus to see if your getting firewalled.

Im installing Kies.. first download at the samsung website, second at softpedia.. no luck..
and im already connecting to the internet..

i tried disable my windows firewall and turn off my anti virus.. still no luck..
anyone got more idea? need to update my Cappy for my final year project.. *sob*
Try downloading Kies Mini as that is the program that upgrades your phone. Kies is a **** program to begin with but the mini version has been much more reliable.

Also, make sure you are doing the basic things to troubleshoot this like doing a full shutdown and reboot of your PC. It could just be a problem that occurs with some programs that are run right after download.

im sorry but want do mean i have to log into my network to use it?
the above pic is one of the example i encountered when i tried to fill up some form. for example i went to sky go website and i sign up for new account where you have to fill your info and all that stuff, and when everytime i click at that thing where there is a dropdown list my browser just shutsdown.. i tried using all kinds of browsers but it eventually shutsdown aswell. so i tried another website and setting up a new account this time i was ask to put my age and date of birth, the date of birth was dropdown list, so when i click it browser just shutsdown again. i hope you understand. sorry for my english.

it is worth reading the error messages.
Eh, I wouldn't know what that error meant, and I probably know more about "trust providers" and such than most people here. See if you can find anything about the error by searching online. Also make sure you're fully up to date; it's possible some of your certificates from Microsoft are outdated and that's causing the problem.
The windows phone 8.1 SDK does not work with team foundation server 2013. It is written in the docs and the errors point out to that.
There is also a corrupt ISO with damaged MSI and CAB files floating around on the web which will give you those errors,
So you can also try downloading an other iso that will install without any problems at all

you just need to install VS Express 2013 for Windows first. If it still didn't works, download the ISO from the WPCentral forum (mediafire link), it worked for me (i can't post links because i'm new )

Invalid Login at some certain applications

Hi Guys,
Does any one experienced "Invalid Login" message as I do ??
I was having Iphone6 before I buy the P20 pro... all applications were working very nice and smooth.
Now after I got my new P20 pro, I started facing some silly things like when I try to log into some applications it tells me that either my username or password is wrong/ invalid while I'm pretty sure that is the right user and password.
I did the below with no success:
1- Clear all the application history and cache.
2- Uninstall the application and install it back.
3- Reset my password.
When I tried the application on Samsung S8 plus it worked fine!!!!!
Does anyone know how can I fix this BS ?

Hello Guys, I have figured out a solution to my problem and I'm going to put it to all whom might face the same problem.
If you have a similar issue, I do recommend you ti install another keyboard as Huawei comes with a unique keyboard that seems like not supported by some applications.

Question Can't login into Samsung Account

Every time I try login into my Samsung account, I get a toast saying logged in but right after something like processing failed. Google spits out a ton of results seems like it happens to a lot of people but the solution is not helpful to me! It's always to delete app data from a Samsung app but that app doesn't exist on OneUI3.0.
Can someone help please I really don't want to restore my device...

those are just the toast massages saying logged in and processing failed.
That text in the background is just Samsung Pass asking if I want to use it nothing to do with the problem.

Some places say its related to the SIM
ok this is the first time reading this but ca really see the connection. I tried logging out off all accounts logging in without any sim card and nothing helped.
