I had the same problem on my LEO.
Try on other cable and computer with windows 7 32bit.
Install the drivers manualy for adb Android driver.
And remember to download RUU for your country.

I guess it's beacause you flashed a wrong ROM, or something like that. Try to flash another one.

in other i use ruu taiwan and asia but stuck at bootloop
can you please guide me how to select right ruu for my device
I don't think you need guiding, the procedure by itself is simple, just select the ruu corresponding your zone and follow the instruction of the given installer.

[Q] USB Problem

I have a major problem. I want to restore my HTC One with a RUU file, but my laptop doesn't recognize my HTC One via USB. What can I do for this problem? Please help.
My HTC One is useless right at the moment and stuck at the fastboot screen. Everything is wiped also.

[Q] ADB device not found

Hey guys!
In advance I'm sorry for asking something that has probably been asked many times before, but I'm unable to find the right answer.
Okay let's start at the beginning. My HTC one with an unlocked bootloader on stock started to display a very irritating bug in that sometimes the screen would not rotate and was stuck in landscape mode. Nothing would help nor rebooting, nor calibrating the sensor. Only booting into the bootloader would somehow help.
Until it did not.
I tried a factory reset, which did not help and then tried just wiping Dalvik and Cache, which did not help too.
Then I tried wiping Data and System, which I now know was very stupid.
The current problem is that I can't figure out how to send a new ROM to my HTC one using adb, when typing adb devices the device does not show up.
My computer does see the device, listed under Android USB devices ad My HTC. I think Fastboot too, recognized the device, because I am able to get the Identifier token.
I have installed the drivers and installed HTC Sync manager. I have restarted my Pc multiple times and changed the USB port the device is connected to.
I too, tried mounting the USB, but either I'm doing it wrong, or it does not work.
Hope one of you can help me! I've been at this all day long...
Adb commands only work when you're booted in the rom or recovery. Fastboot uses fastboot commands. Do you have a custom recovery? If so, you can adb sideload a rom. If not, you can fastboot flash a custom recovery assuming your bootloader is unlocked. You may have mentioned it in your post I just can't remember. Good luck!

Thanks for the help!
Yes, I unlocked my bootloader and have twrp installed.
I think I have narrowed down the problem: that my device is not recognized by the computer in twrp.
When in fastboot, My computer does recognize the device, listed as an HTC one, so the drivers are not the problem.
When booting into recovery, me computer only recognizes the phone for about 3 seconds, when it dissapears.
I have been able to see the device in Adb (using Adb devices).
What could I do? Adb sideload does not work because the computer does not recognize the device.
Hi,
You're on Windows? If yes which version?
Windows 7, but if needed I do have access to a win 8 PC as well.
All x64 by the way.
Ok, maybe take a look here if you use USB 3.0?: [FIX]Fastboot problems on Windows 8 x64 with USB 3.0? Solution inside.
It might work on Windows 7 too, there is a link for the drivers for x64.
Maybe using a toolkit to use ADB/fastboot? Take a look here:
[TOOL]HTC One (M7) All-In-One Toolkit V3.1
[TOOL]HTC One (M7) AIO Toolkit | v1.4
Okay, from now on I'll only use USB 2.0.
I tried these two toolkits, but they suffer the same problem as me in that in order for adb sideload to work the device has to be recognized for longer than 3s after booting into recovery.
I just bought a female-female USB adapter, hopefully installing a rom from a usb stick will work
Ofcourse help would still be greatly appreciated as i will have to wait for over a week till the USB adapter arrives.

[Q] Brick flashed with m8 rom? - Cannot fastboot/adb and TWRP wont mount my USB

Hey Guys,
you are my last resort of hope as i have given up to fix this problem by myself.
I have an HTC One M7 that i have done a bigger repair on (=new camera, battery, display, backcover). Phone had worked fine so no hardware issues.
After that i decided to set up a new rom to also have a 'clean' system, but after i wiped via TWRP as usual (only data and sdcard...) i accidentally flash an M8 ROM which i had stored on the internal SD card after the wipe.
Of course the installation failed and i was not able to mount my USB-OTG or connect the device by fastboot-USB or ADB. Windows only lists my phone as "Unknown Device".
I am still able to acces TWRP and bootloader, but i cant connect anything to the device to set up a new rom.
Drivers are not the problem in this case, as the HTC One of my friend will enter fastboot-USB and will be found by fastboot just fine. Mine will always show just "Fastboot" and wont be recognized.
After that i have tried several 'fixes' found in other threads, but i think i messed up even harder, as now windows wont recognize anything at all. Also have no luck with linux.
Herei is my data:
*HTC One m7 Unlocked + S-OFF
*CID-02__102
*HBOOT-1.44.0000
*RADIO-4A.14.3250.13 *OpenDSP-v26.120.274.0202
*TWRP 2.8.5.0
*Rom was the lastest Venom Rom
Any idea on how to solve this problem? I run out of ideas and think i am stuck with a bricked phone...
Would be so easy if TWRP would just let me boot my USB
Thanks in advance to everyone willing to give me a hint!
Greetings to you all!
Dont you have a nandroid backup?

My htc one m7 is bricked

To get the computer to see your phone: I've never had an issue getting Windows 7 to see my phone. Have you installed the drivers? You need to install HTC Sync and then uninstall it leaving the drivers. I wrote a guide on how to RUU; for you specifically, see steps 1 - 3 (of course, you can follow the whole thing to completely reset your phone back to stock).
As for TWRP not mounting your USB OTG: I always have that issue; if the device is plugged in when TWRP starts, it won't mount it. Here's what I found works. Unplug the OTG device from the phone and reboot into TWRP. Click the Mount button to see the list of mountable partitions. Plug in your OTG device. After about a second, start hitting the X box next to USB OTG repeatedly but not too quickly. The phone will buzz when it doesn't work, but after a time or two, it will delay and then mount.
Hope that helps!
Thanks for your effors but ...
I'm still looking for the pertinent solution, because I already try all what you recommended to me, one day I flashed an RUU sprint correctly from fastboot olso using adb sideloade , by typing faceboot devices and my pc shows my device without problems ( fastboot usb ) , or adb devices. well all these solutions won't works at this time.
remarque that I had installed HTC SYN manager, and all SDK tools, google driver, adb drivers, universal adb drivers etc.... but now way

I dont use my m7 anymore but I remember having to lock my bootloader (fastboot oem relock or fastboot oem lock) before running the correct RUU or else it would fail everytime. then once back to stock I re unlocked the bootloader and flashed twrp
