Hi again! Well I unbricked my phone and now I've restore back from my backup. However, there's one problem- after I unbricked my phone, I can't seem to get any access to the Internet even though I've connected my wifi. So I thought that restoring my backup would clear off this matter, well, it doesn't fix it in any ways. Can anyone help my with this? I'm urge to use my phone's wifi(certain uses) Please and Thank you.
What Android ROM are you using ?
Try to restart your modem first.
hi there fellow members, is there any one can help me on restoring my IMEI. i read some threads already about the process. unfortunately i flashed the latest release of CYANMOBILE rev and the magic happened. my IMEI turned to all "0's". i dont have a back up of my.NAV_DATA or the EFS folder like what was mentioned in some threads. though my phone still functional, signal, mac add, everything seems to work just fine. i can access everything but cannot see the IMEI. im trying to find out guys if you can help me before i go to my friend's cellphone repair shop and possible JTAG this phone of mine, it would cost me 800php or more so im asking if someone can help me. any help would be gladly appreciated. tnx guys

"SPECIAL" problem...
I don't think so
First thing, try charging the phone for 24 hours and do not touch it in between.
then try reflashing the ftf
(I know you said you did not want the advice of try reflashing again, but hey ho, there it is, let me know how you get on)
PS
An error log could also help....

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and if my post is posted on the wrong area, please feel free to move it (and I apologize for any inconvenience)
so back to the problem that I have encountered: my S5 cannot power off properly after flashing G900F. I have an ATT S5 and I used towelroot to root, install Safestrap and did all the backup, setup a new rom kind of stuff. After that, I flash G900F to my phone (with all those wipe done correctly). My phone works perfectly fine but when I try to turn off my phone, it will do all the work but keeps in a black screen with the two button lights on. When I tried to turn on my phone then, it would not do so, so I believe it hangs at that black screen.
Did anyone encounter this before and know a way out? Every help is appreciated and sorry again if this post is in the wrong area.
Pete
Its a bug with safestrap. There's currently no fix other then a battery pull.

Thank you so much for your reply,
If you don't mind, please help me out on another problem: after doing all the process, my phone could not connect to my home wifi. It always got stuck at the "obtaining IP" process, is there a way that I could fix it as well?
Thank you so much for helping out this new guy!:good:

I'm really not sure there. No custom ROMs would let me use WiFi when I flashed them.
