[Q] My Samsung Galaxy Ace is not turning On - Galaxy Ace S5830 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi there,
I tried to install ice cream sandwich in my Galaxy Ace S5830 from the you-tube tutorial
but suddenly something went wrong.And when i contacted service center they told the device is dead and motherboard should be replaced.Can any one help me out??

Could you boot into recovery? Home + power buttons? Or downloading mode? Volune down + home + power buttons? If not you have hard brick and make alive your ace only with jtag

No,none of modes had worked except jtag since i dint tried before.Can you please tell me how to do that???

jtag is expensive toy and it has at services.... do you have realy galaxy ace s5830 and not s5830i/m ??

Sadly you have bricked your phone. But @SuperMini has provided us with a rather simple guide on how to unbrick Samsung Galaxy Ace. Go through the entire thread and you will get to know all the possible solutions. Here is the link,

Reinstall again but without i9003 files only with i9000 files.

Is death man.not even charging.nothing works.
Take the battery out for a few minutes and try to get into download mode with 3-button combo.
there is no solution now
becouse i dont this after flashing i9003 firmware yoy will not be able to get in download mode the only solution is samsung service center
i gues is the best solution for now.
if anibody hava the same problem pls reply to my post.
i try to go to service.

i just get my phone from service.is back to life.
i have a advice for all nobs.
if you wish to make an update make it via kies from samsung or read the post 100 time and make 1 time flash to your phone.in rest don't fuking doit!!!!!!!

1. You used the wrong firmware for your phone. The I9003 is not compatable with i9000
2. use the FIND YOUR DEVICE in the top Right hand corner of the XDA web page and enter I9003 and go to the section of the forum for your device.
Most of the users in this section (I9000) will not be able to assist.

bricked samsung galaxy ace !! it doesn't turn on ! as if there is no battery !!!

my galaxy ace doesn't turn on or make any respond while trying to turn it on from power button or go to download mode or even charging it , it doesn't make any respond at all !

Have you flashed CWM recovery or ROMs through ROM Manager?
Anyways this question is more suitable in the Galaxy Ace forums.

first the easiest step is try to check your battery connections. clean all battery connector, they could be corrosive on both battery pads and connector on the phone

hi.. can i ask if someone know how to fix my galaxy mini gt-s5570 bcoz i flash it with HYPERION-08.GM-FINAL.zip and where install and i reboot it and i can't open it anymore and i can't go to CWM recovery what will i do? pls help!! :crying: :crying: :crying:

Yep, this is Galaxy Mini 2 thread but if this can be helpful.. Are into Galaxy Mini's forum a secure PIT file wich saves your phone from bootloop, soft brick? If there isn't try to reflash firmware with Odin!
