Removing At&t Bloat - LG G Flex

So I have used titanium back up and some other bloat removers but every time I remove the At&t carp it never actually leaves. Some developers say failed others say it worked but there still there. Any help would be nice!

I used root uninstaller. It did the job

Had the same issue with TB so I used "android tweaker" cuz it's got a ton of mods on the free version including the bravia 3 mod for the screen, wipes dalvick, tons of performance adjustments and battery saving modes (there's some cool 1click settings for battery or performance if the app is too confusing) AND of course it'll remove those stubborn bloatware apps. Be careful though and make a backup of everything you're gonna delete so you don't end up sorry

New to nexus 7

Came home from work to my new nexus 7! I gotta say opening the box was a pain in the ass but well worth the patience. Overall I have to admit I am very impressed with this device, incredibly fast and truly "buttery" smooth. Jelly bean is incredible and this is my first "pure" android experience and so far so good. At first I was concerned about the quality of the display and the "washed" out look but contrary to what everyone thinks I happen to think it looks great! And fortunately I am very grateful that my n7 doesn't have the screen displacement that everyone has been talking about. And I really didn't want to go through the trouble of returning mine to Google play and waiting for another one lol. I come from a family that absolutely loves apple phones, laptops, and ipads. I'm sort of an android junkie and love the freedom that comes with it, with that being said I figure this would make a perfect first tablet for me to own and after extensive use of my families ipads In my personal opinion I have to say that the n7 is superior in many ways. Great tablet, specs, and price! So kudos to Asus and Google for bringing this bad boy to the market!

Yeh, just opened mine yesterday and love it! The first time opening the box was fine was easy for me. But I put the documents back in the box. When I tried to open it to read hem, it was really hard. Overall it is a great tablet. Can't wait to root!

Mine is actually quite easy to open now that I've taken the tablet out of the box lol. Yes! I cannot wait to root this either!

I'd recommend unlocking the bootloader right now, because it wipes all your user data.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
+1 for unlocking now. I waited a couple of days and it was a pain doing the usual backup routine.
I blanked out and didn't unlock it when I got it. What I'm gonna do is root it do a nandroid backup then unlock and restore.

Yeah I still haven't gotten around to rooting or unlocking yet... This thing is amazing I can't put it down lol. Is the root toolkit compatible with the latest update 4.1.1? Haven't updated yet but it keeps asking me every single time I power it on

Can you install a custom recovery to do a nandroid backup with the bootloader locked?

I'm pretty sure that your nandroid will get wiped as well with the boot loader unlock

If you could make a nandroid backup, copying the file to a computer for storage would allow you to wipe the tablet and then copy the file back and restore.
Thats what I was going to do

I'm right there with you. I was nervous after reading the negative reviews, but I've had mine 2 weeks and no problems. I also come from a long line of Apple lovers and cant wait to show off all the "buttery" goodness of this fine device.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium HD app
Making a nandroid didn't even cross my mind when I did it, I wouldn't worry..... anyways, don't you need an unlocked bootloader or root to install a recovery to make a nandroid? Just my thoughts, I ,might be wrong.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
On mine I did a simple adb backup and restore. Took about an hour including set up(never done it before) and it was a painless way to keep all apps and app data as well as settings. Anyone looking to unlock and not have to deal with losing app data should Google it and check out out.

Gonna root first, do a nandroid and titanium back up move the files onto my desktop unlock then move them over and restore

You needed to be unlocked to root. I just unlocked my boot loader, no problem. To do a backup, use the backup for apps in wugfresh's toolkit, you don't need root to do it.

Literally can't stop playing with this thing! However I have to send it back to Google for a replacement I have several dead pixels and the touchscreen has started bugging out on me. It goes from not registering my touch to randomly pressing apps. Already contacted Google for my RMA for, shipping label, and new replacement ready for order. Hopefully the new one will be defect free lol

Wind of change.

So.... Being a Samsung Galaxy S user for long time, I came to the point where don't feel "fresh" with my phone. I came to conclusion that need change. Tried some launchers, but doesn't feel cool. So now I decided to change my "baby". The two phones I narrowed are HTC one or Sony Z. Do you think guys I am doing right or stick with my S3 (and wait for 4.3)? Any input appreciated...

Oh man... Tried most of them. Anyway, today picked up M7 ,so play time. Not much excitement as had it before, but hoping for some outcome, to help me decide which to keep...

as Nyrus say use other launcher ..i prefer also Nova launcher pro or Apex launcher pro.. and you can done so much with it include if you use other app like uccw etc... if you take some time to managed your homeacreen on phone and need some idea or help here is the link of site http://mycolorscreen.com/ there are also finish work need little tweak and you can use they way you want ... changed the phone give you nothing special as near by all Android os are the same .

Agree with you. As mentioned before I picked up HTC One today. Basically is the same ( meaning OS), but somehow feel better...Right now preparing to flash GE ROM,as I'm not a fan of Blinkfeed and "limited" customisation. Tbh,my S3 LTE never gave me any issue (touchwood!), so probably will keep both phones... My point is that with M7 GE will get faster updates, and hopefully smooth experience. Also I'm not fancy all the "extras" supplied with both devices (Touchwizz/Sense). Thankfully, few apps/widgets are available from play store,so will see how it goes...

Other "hidden" thing is,that Samsung will not provide same treatment as for the 9300. The 9305 isn't so widely available thus support could be "neglected"...
Sent from my GT-I9305 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
OK, first negative thing: battery much worse than S3. Have almost identical settings, but HTC down to 21% while S3 still on 58%...

Yeah,I know about Xposed. I let go the Sony Z and now focusing on two devices only, the One and S3 LTE. Will do play with the One and then decide which to keep. Might keep both...

Ok, so after a week with the HTC I came back to Samsung S3 LTE. Don't know why, but Sammy just feel right for me.
Guys thanks for all your comments and suggestions.
I am not a Samsung fan boy, but from my point of view Samsung is the best (at least for my needs).
So sticking with S3, skipping S4, but looking forward to S5, which will have non plastic body (hopefully)....

[Q] Note 3 Possible

I am thinking of returning my At&t note 3 , However I would like to know if the possibility of the At&t note 3 bootloader being unlocked is really hopefull?
I don't know about the bootloader but I know one of my main reasons of me possibly returning it was that I did not have root to remove all of the unwanted garbage. But now that I have root I'm not too worried about the bootloader

wow thanks for the fast response! Yes I see, could you possibly give me a guide of what is good to uninstall after root? and if I need a special program to remove the bloatware? thanks!
I personally use titanium backup and I freeze a lot of the apps... Mostly Samsung and all att let me see if I can make a list of ones I removed. I know I may have to put some Samsung apps back if I get the galaxy gear. But I actually thought about returning it as well then when I saw the root come out, I did the root and it was perfect. And now I love it. Have you found the root for it?

[Q] I think my play store is corrupted

The specific problem is a little hard to describe. Its unusable, because I cant read anything. Screenshots are required to understand the problem.

That is weird!
Are you rooted, or is device completely stock?
Have you downloaded any new apps that may have gone rogue or maybe a virus that you can think of?

I am using samsung galaxy note. I plan on getting the note 3, so I guess I accidentally just read note 3 as my device.
I'm guessing if I could uninstall any play store updates, I could update again, and everything would be fine. But I don't know how to do that.

Go to app manager click play store then uninstall updates
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
I tried that already. Wasn't there. Looked again, and realized it wasn't where, I expected it to be, because the name had changed to some unintelligible string. Cleared data, then removed updates, just as easily as I expected it to be, but I didn't look good enough.

I suspect you got hit pretty hard with malware.
What carrier are you using or what is the model number of your device, a mod will be by shortly to move this to the proper forum.
You may need to go and do a complete restore of your device.

How much you take risks?

Are you using android phone then tell us all that how much you take risk for experimenting with your phone.
I always search new things in internet and I try to experiment those things with my phone without having any backup. Real risk is when you don't have any backup. So tell us how much you take risks....
One time I have removed the USB disk dangerously from my computer...wwwohhh still I get goosebumps
