[MOD] BRAVIA ENGINE FOR CyanogenMod

Hello Folks,
I been search a way to port Bravia engine for CM because it's one of the reason I bought Xperia Arc. I found this thread at HD2 ★⎝⏠⏝⏠⎠★[MOD]BRAVIA tweak for HD2★⎝⏠⏝⏠⎠
The methods seems like works fine for our CM Rom as well. I compared the video with Mobo player and stock player I did notice a difference. As you know BE only works on stock gallery and video player.
You can test it out and see if it works fine.

The next option we are looking for is xLOUD try this MOD it might work... [Mod] XLOUD | For X8 | 100% Work | 21/09/2011 it don't feel much difference though
Note: There is no option under settings for both Bravia and xLOUD / Do it in your own risk and make sure you make a backup of your ROM.
Edit: Apparently tin2404 has taken work from one of our developers. Thanks to zdzihu and DooMLoRD for port this feature.

Oh! I saw this in XDA News. Well the user didn't give proper credit then Well nice work D.

i tried this on my FXP44, but failed to feel the difference. Did someone actually see a difference ?

I try the manual install method but there is no bravia engine on/off option under display setting is this corect? and I didt notice any different...When I type the value in the terminal emulator it says chown: /system/etc/be_movie: read only file system is this corect?

Yes, as stated in the OP.

Bravia Engine, and other Sony features only work on Sony Locked Bootloader phones
Sony Bravia Engine seems to only work on Sony Locked Bootloader Phones, the same happens with Sony TrackID, and Xperia S Walkman "Get Music Info"

Do you mean exactly locked bootloader or just device keys must be present? You know, this is different things..

[Q] Bravia Enigine 2 [Request]

Why Mobile Bravia Engine 2 is not working on my Xperia T? I'm rooted and deodexed rom 225. Anyone help?

Have you got locked or unlocked bootloader? If unlocked, you have lost your Drm keys, so some of sony features can missing

Bootloader is locked because I hate losing features. Mobile Bravia Engine 1 is still work ,Mobile Bravia Engine 2 is not working. Why?

BE2 works only in album, in movies it doesn't work.

nice work
works great on my xperia tx with .197 firmware de-odexed.
but I just found a bug. The volume is too low when playing the walkman at the beginning everytime, then pause and play again with another song and the volume comes to normal at last. please fix it ,Thanks very much.

OP, please give correct credits in the OP, otherwise it lookslike you are trying to take credit for others work. If you have made any mods to this work please share what you have done, but if all you have done is to link to a previous mod made by others then you need to ask the moderators to delete this thread, or adjust your OP accordingly. Please read the rules.

Everything works fine without Sound Enhancement. FC every time when start a player.

Clearaudio works fine but Xloud stop working and reduces ringtone volume.

I have same problem too

yeps Bro,it doesn't work for video,only for album,cannot find the be1 flashable,still waiting for a solution to make the xreality to work for vids..unfortunately.. still no answer

It does work for me. Why didn't you do a CMW backup before intalling the mod ???

If you are still on locked bootloader, there is a trick to use MBE toggles to turn on X-reality in movie

I'm currently using a custom rom with most z1 apps,only xreality not working.
I've a backup which contains be1, but I don't want to restore cause I'll lose the custom rom...

(SUPER MOD) Bravia Engine 2 BRING BACK (INSTALL XREALİTY)

Hi sony lovers
After opening the bootloader bravia engine 2 albums did not work. With this mode, BRAVIA Engine 2 albums and movies will work. You need to use the original ROM. origin 4.1 4.2 4.3 works with.
custom ROM is useless. Whether open or closed bootloader works. Only use original enough. I also tried the original 4.3 and spectacular works.
NEW
I'm so glad I did that. I tried very hard and finally ran xreality mode. ALBUM and video works. Xreality more quickly optimize photos. Only Xperia z original ROM works. Follow the steps below.
INSTALL
1) DOWNLOAD FILE
2) INSTALL ROOT EXPLORER
3) DELETE SYSTEM /APP / CREDENTIAL MENAGER SERVISE.ODEX AND CREDENTIAL MENAGER SERVISE.APK
4) RESTORE BRAVIA ENGINE file flash
5) X-REALITY FOR XPERİA Z file flash
NOTE: works on odex ROM only. Get a backup before installation. I'm not responsible if your phone is broken.
Please report back if it does not work. I'll help.

Is there any way to make it work on custom roms (AOSP,CM)?

Photos you take from your camera will be bit of noisy after unlocking bootloader, I really noticed that after updating to 4.3.

Is this compatible with existenz v5? It has the stock rom origin. Correct me if im wrong. After following the steps, my album doesnt work anymore. i fixed by having a full wipe.

If you are using the original ROM and you've done the steps necessary work. was attempted repeatedly. Please system / apps and credantial menager servise.apk in the credential menager servise.odex delete files. then install the attached files with recovery.

How to undo X-reality mod? Just delete the files X-reality zip flashed?
Because I used your Restore Bravia Engine and it worked well and I flashed the X-reality i don't see any changes anymore
