[Q] Installing a deodexed rom

Hi all, I'm new in here and I have a question.
If I want to install a deodexed rom, it is necesary to do this over a deodexed stock rom or it doesn't matter?

[Q] Is it safe to modifie a ROM ?

Hi all
I tryed the TEAM SGSICS rom , and it works like a charm, but I want to set the resolution of the camera to 4mp(wide) , but it dosen't give me that choice
So I was thinking for getting the Camera.apk from Darky Rom, and put it in the SGSICS zip file, and then flash the new rom
Is that safe ?

You need to root, flash cwm and flash the rom through cwm. Instructions on flashing the rom are given on its thread. Instructions on rooting are given as a sticky in the general page. Good luck.

[Q] can i use this rom over my old rom

hi i want to flash this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1453165 but im not sure if i can put over my old rom which is a sgs2 v9 rom that i got from here but cant find thread any more i would like to know could i use cwm v5.0.2.6 to flash over my sgs2 v9 rom thanks in advance
