I understand the galaxy exhibit 4g is a variant of the galaxy W. There forums appear to have more development , in terms of ROMs, Kernels, & updates. Are these phones related close enough for ROMs & Kernels to be back ported and optimized for use?
Additionally; Would a Nokia X ROM port Be possible?

can flsh galaxy s roms in my cappy..??
Nope. Some custom Rome developers make special versions for cappy users. Look for those.

I have a question whether it is easy (by easy; I mean just copy and pasting files) to port a Galaxy S2 rom to a Galaxy Note. Since the devices internally really seem to be alike (for example the same soc (only different clock)). So does anyone have any experience with "porting" a Galaxy S2 rom to the Galaxy Note? Or any other kind of experience in this region, please commend?

The Rom for s2 will not work on the Note.
Hi, I'm planning to purchase a Galaxy s3 mini.
Which version should I buy for the best compatibility with the published roms and kernels?
And do CM developed ROMs for this phone are bugless?
I ask because the roms for galaxy s2 are not fully compatible because of lack of source code.
I'm looking for a bugless rom with good battery life and faster ui than the stock.

Only one s3 mini is available not others. If you are talking about gti8190 or gti8190N or gti8190L I think i8190 but these are really very simiral and have same Roms. I8190n had NFC support but I don't know what it is! I8190L I think is for north America but I'm not sure...
Hello everyone! I would like to flash my old laggy Galaxy Ace S5830 with a custom rom. I'm doing this for the 1st time so i need some advice. I am looking for the latest/stable custom rom availble for Galaxy Ace S5830. I care mostly for cpu/gpu/loading speeds and music features but i cant decide which one the best since there are so many. Also are there any custom Marshmallow roms compatible with my smartphone?

welcome. one of my best things to do on XDA is pull out old devices that have cool hardware but outdated software and I flash them with new ROMs.
