Try this: http://bit.ly/1hfcLQD

Recover lost images, a few questions
Did you have them saved to phone or to an SD Card?
If you do have an SD card/or not you need to find what type of file type your phone uses either NTFS/FAT 13/16 etc...

GenYBoot Android SD card problem

Hi,
Had been running throught the internet but can't find an answer. I have GenYBoot installed and Android 2.2.1 running from Internal storage of my HTC Touch Diamond. I have a problem with SD-card in Android which ... does not exist. If I want to save something it says that there is no SD-card - please insert the card. Device desen't see any additional storage than own memory (<200MB). There is no need to say it's anoying as it doesn't allow me even to download ringtones....
Could you advise please?
Thanks,
Andrew.
Solution
Just a simple trick
I don know what rom ur using, but i had da same prob
Jus delete every single file in the 4gb storage first, then put ur android files fresh ther and start the haret file from file explorer. This should do da trick, it did it for me.

Alright first download this HP FORMAT TOOL
http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,64963-order,4/description.html
second, copy all the contents from your INTERNAL SD only card onto your desktop
third, run the tool and choose between quick format [works for me all the time] or full format. Once done re-copy all your files back on the INTERNAL

[Q] recover files from internal SD

Hi,
I accidently formatted my internal SD card on my Galaxy, there were still some photo's wich i would like to save.
I know external SD cards can be mounted on computer and then recover files by using recuva or something similiar.
I cannot mount the internal SD as a disk in windows however..
Is there any way i can recover these files after a delete or format, or is it all lost forever?

Maybe if you're lucky.
Try with "Disk tool 6.x".
Depends upon the format carried out for example windows current quick format does not wipe data and can be recovered using something like Recuva tool .
Windows full format since Vista destroys the data .
I would try a recovery tool in the hope that its a quick type format but i dont know what format Android uses .
jje
any link to that ?
is it marketplace or windows app?
the problem is that i cannot mount the internal SD as a disk in windows.
For external SD its different, just put it in a slot and its recognized as H:\ or something then recuva can scan it.
internal SD isnt visible as driveletter. or is there a possibility?
Recuva via google its free .
View internal SD card via USB Mass Storage Mode .

Thanks alot!
Didnt knew there was an option to mount as usb storage mode.
recuva found all missing photo's and movies.
My girlfriend almost killed me yesterday as there was almost 7 months of photo's on the phone.
you made her and me very happy!
Great. Plz mark the thread as solved as it helps people in a better way

[Q] Use internal storage as sdcard with CM7 ? ?

Not sure if you can fully, when I booted into ClockwordMod without the SD card in it wouldn't flash the device because there was no SD card inserted. When you mount it on the PC you get the SD card and the internal memory separate, so I'm sure you can still put music on & all other sutff.
I know what you mean but I would use the internal storage as "main" storage, for exemple put pictures and games data on it, automatically, and access SD card through the "external_sd" folder.

[Q] CM9 Low storage message, internal SD card shows as full

Hello fellow members. I am running CM9 nightly 20120504 with kernel version 3.0.8-g4577fdf [email protected] #4. I got a low storage message after running this rom for about 20 days. I did some checks and found the following thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1541942
However, when I connect my Galaxy S to my PC the internal SD card shows as full even though there is lots of space on it. I deleted some apps, just to see it that helped but it did not. On my PC it showed that there was more space on the external SD card, but the internal SD card was still full. This means I wasn't able to download the script to try to fix the problem or download a more recent CM9 nightly.
Any suggestions for fixing this problem? I might be missing the obvious. Thanks for your help.
download to the external SD then copy over to the internal using the phone or download directly onto the phone.

I tried this both for the script and for a more recent CM9 nightly. Both got copied to the external storage but the file manager on my phone was not seeing it in that folder.
Some more info that might be helpful - Storage option on my phone shows the following:
Internal storage - available 1.41GB
SD Card - available 7.08GB
USB Storage - available 832KB
When i connect my phone to PC, the drive that shows up as having 832KB available is the one that has the previous CM9 nightly. Therefore I assume that is the internal SD. Is that correct? or I am mistaken?
Thanks.
I hope this will serve

Marshmallow SD card corrupted

I'm using lenovo A7000 and recently updated marshmallow and chosen 32GB SD card as internal memory. It was worked as internal memory perfectly quite some time, all of sudden I got message that SD corrupted and doesn't show data stored in the card, it shows zero files, I lost all media files!! However USB storage option in settings SD card shows 6.5GB used out of 28GB. Since it's treated as internal memory I'm not able to read the card as drive in other devices/computer. I have important media files and documents in SD card and I didn't backup them. I'm bit worried!!! How to recover the data from SD card. I assume if SD card changed back to portable, it will format and lose data!!! Please support
Hey , are you using stock original rom of lenovo a7000?
