After update to latest firmware im facing to very annoying issue. When I restart my phone everything is OK but after entering pin code i get notification 'XPERIA stopped working'. My lockscreen gets black, showing time and other things but background is black - you can see it on picture. In other words, i am not able to choose lockscreen wallpaper and When I set one, its changes to black background.
Please help im very dissapointed. Every help is appreciated
Ps : im also facing problems with speaker etc.

It's a know issue, one of many after update. You have to wait until a new FW will be released directed to fix this problems.

alright so i just got darky 9.3, great rom, love the newly added call recording feature.. uhm i dont know what i did to cause this, but for some reason my lockscreen seems to have completely dissapeared. it can lock to the screen off mode, but when i unlock it, i dont see any lockscreen, it just goes right back to my homescreen, or whatever app i had opened before i locked it
any ideas what might have caused this? or how i can fix this WITHOUT having to reflash the rom, and lose all my settings?
I don't know how you did it, but if playing with settings/display/unlock screen doesn't help, you can download one of the market apps for disabling lock screen and try to force lock screen on from there.

So suddenly I wasn't able to add remove or change widgets on my home screen. I updated to rc 3 coming from rc 2 in the hope it would correct itself but it didn't. I cannot remove the widgets on my screen and I cannot add anymore. The problem came suddenly and I cannot back track the reason.
anyone know Howe to solve?

I'm using Paranoid Android v2.21 on my Ace. It has a few bugs, but it's okay in almost every aspect.
My problem is, that after some layout changes (tried out tablet, then phablet then changed back to stock phone UI) I'm having a weird issue. When I turn on or reboot the phone I get a blank icon on the right side of the notification bar just between the wifi signal strength icon and the vibrating (silent) phone icon. I was wondering what it could possibly be and finally found out that when I open my stock clock app and turn on and then off one of the alarms it disappears. Turning the alarm on makes the blank icon reappear. At start it's always there even though my alarms are off. I'm not sure if thats an app or rom issue since the clock is a system app.
Any ideas? Maybe try to overwrite the clock app with one from another source?

well, this rom is a bit old, you should try the lastest PA 3.65 by OldDroid

After flashing 4.4, i am unable to change the lock screen wallpaper. Tried all ways and still no luck. Anyone has this issue? There is no "star dust" effect while unlocking too..

Same here, can't change lock screen wallpaper, got the star dust though.
The stardust effect only works when it's 'swipe' to unlock. Doesn't work with pin or pattern unlock.... Would've been really cool if they could integrate the pattern lock with the stardust effect.
I also can't change my lockscreen wallpaper no matter what I try. It's a good thing it's not an ugly wallpaper... But still really annoying!
Same here, cant change wallpaper, i tried a clean install but still this error.
Don't know what the problem is, I can change the lockscreen wallpaper fine whether I use a cropped photo or another wallpaper. I'm using the french update I received yesterday via SUS and I did a factory reset to be on the safe side

I think we need to do a full wipe, as I did it on my Z Ultra. I got all features, changing of lock screen wallpaper, star dust, the Simple Home ect. Which did not happen on my Z1 after updating.
Try changing themes, which will alter the lock screen wallpaper and then try changing the lockscreen wallpaper.
Yea this is definitely a bug tried everything changing themes setting wallpaper from album and settings and etc and nothing seems to work

After update repair the phone.
Repairing will wipe all data. I tried reflashing with just unchecking wipe data, the lock screen is back to normal, lock wallpapers can be changed and star dust effects is back too!!
Its left with the simple home, still not available. Perheps really need a clean wipe.
did a clean installation thru SUS, no lockscreen bug, im on generic CANADA

So the question is answered, factory reset solves all the problem. Hope this would be useful for ppl keep saying abt the lock screen bug!!

You have to remove 'Xperia' live wallpaper from Applications. Then It will be change
I got a message staying something about Xperia Home having an issue and crashing...From then on my lock screen doesn't have the default one that shows the date and time, it only has the google now, camera, add, etc screens.. the add screen doesn't give me an option for the default lock screen. I have shut down the phone and started it back up, the same thing is going on.
I have the Z1s, does anyone know how I can fix this? I have no other issues...
