[Q] Help fast ..dont know wat to do!!!

hey i recently rooted my phone...installed xrecovery...even backed up my data...and try to install this custom Rom...http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=964223 i followed the exact steps and everything..at last when i did reboot....it said will take 1-5 mins...and half an hour was over ..and i dint know wat to do so i removed my battery and tried..still the screen was stuck at Sony Ericsson ..i tried to go to xrecovery also but couldnt..tried pc companian and i still remain on the same page.(sony ericsson screen).How to recover my phone now pls telll ??

You need to read carefully.
The ROM *requires* nAa kernel to work and should be flashed in CWM recovery.

flash this with flashtool. this is stock rom for x8 untouched so you have to root it and make other steps again!

yes it will get fixed using flash tool. or through pc companion or sony update service

the rom is for nah pc companion should work ,,, or DL flashtool and the x8 ftp file if you whant change your baseband to ,, root and copy paste the xreco again happy soft brick my friend enjoy
you can still recover your back up after you install xreco

Not xRecovery. Just root with x8toolbox, unlock bootloader, install a kernel and flash the ROM in CWM recovery. xRecovery is old, it's not used anymore.

1) unlock your bootloader! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1267273
2) flash a kernel
3) wipe data via CWM
4) install rom
5) enjoy

How to root Micromax a26 easily
1. Before You Begin
1. This will void the warranty of your device !
2. Use at own your risk !
3. Backup your rom !

2. Requirements to root
1. Charge your battery upto 70%
2. Micromax a26 driver
3. Enable USB debugging - go to in Settings>Application>Development>USB debugging
4. Supersu from play store
5. Root Master
3. Let's start
1. Install micromax a26 driver in pc !
2. Install Root master in pc !
3. Sure you ticked the USB debugging ! ?

4. Connect your device to pc !
5. Open Root master and follow or click on red rectangle
6. Follow and click on red rectangle-which i am showing in this picture ! your device is now connected to this software
7. Click on root and wait ! it's will automatically reboot your device
8. Your device is now rooted ! and now exit the root master
9. You can see this chiness superuser in your menu!
10. Install supersu or open if already installed ! and grant permisson like this
11. supersu will automatically install su binary (need internet connection)! just grant the permisson and let the supersu uninstall Chinese superuser
Your device is now rooted :victory: ,you can also apply this method on other chiness or spreadtrum devices ! it's safe:fingers-crossed:

Instruction :
-At first , download this files from below ( Philz touch recovery , Zipped SuperSu and BusyBox Pro*if you need )
-Move the Zipped SuperSu to your own internal storage
-Flash the Philz Touch recovery with Odin 3.07 and above ...
-Turn off your device and go to the recovery (Press home , Power and Volume up button Simultaneously)
-Now go to 'Philz settings' and select "Re-root system and then "Yes Apply SuperSu"
-After that go back and Install(Flash) the Zipped SuperSU installer from the recovery
-Reboot !

I've done this method before the similar way for F version , but for some reason I could introduce it now for H version ..

Now I know that this device is and always was crap and I know it's a bit old but hey.... why forget about it!
First I would like to thank @midzan21 for publishing this recovery. Especially since the links for CWM and TWRP are dead.
I would like to present you my very small Philz theme I made. It has a lollipop theme (Or at least it should resemble Material design) with a new background and new soft keys/nav bar. It also has a new warning logo. Functionality is identical and not different to @midzan21 's recovery since I just changed the look of it.
BEFORE YOU FLASH I WOULD LIKE YOU TO KNOW!
I am not responsible for any damage dealt to your device even though a brick is impossible if you do everything right. Also, I am not responsible for any kinds of Zombie outbreaks or a 3rd World War.

Instructions to flash :
Code:
1. Make sure you have another recovery installed before. Since the links for cwm and twrp are dead. Thankfully [user=4203213]@midzan21[/user] send me a working older philz that you can flash via odin (link : https://www.dropbox.com/s/rdg4eopnag...a.tar.md5?dl=0). There is still a cwm build for the galaxy ace that you can use to at least flash this recovery (Link here : https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347823795)

2. Boot into recovery. Plug your phone into your pc
3. On your pc open the adb shell
4. Depending on what recovery you use you should do the following :
4.1 OLD CWM : adb push <your philz zip> /emmc (or if /emmc doesn't work do /emmc/). Then go back and select install zip from sdcard and then select from internal sdcard. Next up select Philz and flash it
4.2 OLD Philz : Select Install zip and then install from sideload. Then type adb sideload <your philz zip>
5. Once it's done flashing reboot to recovery and you should be good to go with the themed philz

Hey @CTXz just to know, I'm not builder of Philz CWM, original builder is @erikcas . I just have a backup link to his latest Philz CWM, and maybe I have a link to CWM which can be flashed via Odin. If I find CWM I would provide a link.
