i forgot which section i was in when i posted the question. my apologies.
and i did do a search. my search did not pull up that link. thanks for your help though.

Man I wish our bootloader wasn't locked. I'm also on same boat as OP. We'll have to wait until NC2 gets rooted. I wish AT&T or Samsung just release a full system NC2 image for Odin so we can just use Odin to re-flash to factory clean state.
In the meantime, please sign the petition to unlock our bootloader if you haven't yet.

When I had AT&T HTC One (M7), after getting S-OFF, I could flash to Google edition or any edition, and even get stock OTA updates. I hated the build quality of that phone though.

Oops, hit the thanks button instead. I would suggest Odin to stock then update.
this would be a QA section, not DEV. Try there first...
One Click Root has a unroot process.
It's found here......

You need to use TriangleAway to update while rooted, and then re-root after updating. Try searching for further instructions on updating rather than unrooting - unrooting is NOT the right way to update.

Simply unrooting probably won't work, if it does then you're lucky. If not, then I would just flash the entire ML2 Odin package. Also, this should probably be posted in the Q&A section.
You should also use a more descriptive title so that someone else with the same issue who actually does a search before posting can find it.

Yes, if you are rooted then that file will work. I have used it many times. The only thing to keep in mind is the lag you may start experiencing. There is a thread since where on here that talks about how to fix the lag after the downgrade but i can't find it. If i do i'll post it for you.

thanks so much for replying i thought this section was dead..
Can i just downgrade the bootloader back so i can avoid the lag and issues all together? because it's laggy and when i try to wake the phone back up it will just still be a black screen and i have to pull the battery out to fix it frequently and it's ever since this oa1 boot loader i installed.

I only have used the downgrade file i haven't used the other one to remove the lag. Did you follow the thread i posted to you in the vision X thread that explains how to do everything.

Is my phone rootable with SuperSU? I use SP Flash to upgrade my rom...

I can't root my Figo Atrium 5.5 with tools like Kingroot. I can however upgrade my phone from Lollipop to Marshmallow using SP Flash so I would think rooting is possible. (I have the ability to flash a rom) Someone suggested I use Magisk or SuperSU - which I know nothing about. Doesn't it seem to you that my phone would be Rootable if I can flash a rom? If you think so, How would I do it? If SuperSU isn't used, can I root my phone with the SP Flash tool?
Any help appreciated. Thanks. Btw, I used these instructions to flash Marshmallow with SP Flash Tool. Note - they had incorrect instructions and I had to figure out how to make it work. See my comment in the video comments section https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EEIJM2YjNzE

I don't have this device and there's very little within the XDA Forum regarding the Figo Atrium.
The following is only thread that I could locate that may help you in any way.

The following thread would be the last resort for any assistance (if there's anyone who would know there).

The thread you listed was my old thread when I was having trouble trying to get the upgrade to work. As you see, I figured it out with no help from this community.
BUT in general - does it seem to you my device would be Rootable by virtue of the fact I can flash a rom? <- I really need that question answered.
Yes you can

Yeah, it is readily rootable. Just flash SU via TWRP and you will be good to go - ASSUME you have a TWRP for it ??
Most folks out on XDA couldn't give a rip about Figo phones which is kind of understandable but you will catch more flies with honey than vinegar, as the saying goes.
