[DEVELOPER ROM]OLYMPUS Android 2.3.4 for moto firmware！！！HKTW

This firmware comes from the Official Insiders. I think the firmware is suitable for ME860 sold in Asia. The firmware is Android 2.3.4, internal beta. I tried to flash it in my ME860, but because of the firmware on my telephone-U4_2.1.1 ,French version,it failed. Now, I share the firmware with everyone,hoping that if someone can find a method to let all of us use it.

uhm its an OLYEM not an OLYFR version of the flash file, so it probably shouldnt work on the att atrix.

FYI the US Atrix is called the MB860 not the ME860...

Its not supposed to be first android version 2.3.3 ? Kenneth's beta is android 2.3.3

trust me, we are working on it.

if there was maybe some information on how to accomplish this i would love to help. maybe a wiki, or some tuts! i do know how to program and always been curious on rom creating! if someone could point me in the right direction ill try and contribute all i can

Well i was using a french sbf before trying this and it was working normally... i´m reinstalling it (i hope it works), but i guess its a no go for us brazilians 2

The Original .bin's from LG would be awesome.. like the ones for the P920 posted @ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1246678 -- but for the 925.
LG's site sucks hardcore... why they can't post an effing stock image is beyond me. I would never pay for a device with such a poor level of support.

Sorry to insist, but could someone please post that stock rom tonight? I will be returning the phone tomorrow as my Best Buy 14days return period ends in 2days.

One the return policy is 30 days for cellphones considering that is the default return rate from AT&T so your return period ends in 15 days just so you know.

They told me (at BestBuy) that I could return my phone and have my upgrade reversed if I did return the phone within 14days. After that I can only return the phone and get another one for the remaining of the 30days return period; but cannot get my upgrade back.
Did they lie to me? Are you familiar with the Best Buy Mobile return policy?

I purchased this app a while ago when it was free. I found out it costs and I talked to the developer about being able to re download it since I technically purchased it but he won't let me. Does anybody have the app and if so can they pm me about sending me the file.... thanks in advance

Can't ask for paid .apk even if you paid and the dev denied you...

That's not legal

Just BTW you can't ask for an apk (paid OR free) on xda through XDA. You have to take permission from the dev. If you want to get the apk use Google.

How on earth did you get it to work? I tried 6 different programs last night for unpacking the system IMG and none of them would recognize the IMG! I'd really appreciate so help on this so I can do it myself in the future.

The are some .so files I think we'll be needed also I found a flashable "wallet fix" zip for at s3 so if its .so files need to be replaced ours likely do also.
And you might want dlto deoxed the liberarys I tried adding odexed NFC extra jar to my RAZR HD and it soft bricked but deodexed worked fine. Just a warning, in my case a lot of things could have caused that.

hey matt i checked this out and i cant make heads or tails of it. i have exactly zero experience with linux or vm, so could you point me in the right direction, im very willing to learn i just have no idea where to start.

Dump S6 AT&T stock ROM

Ok, guys as we know, there is a root ready for the Samsung S6, the only thing we need now in order to root the AT&T S6 is that someone dump the /boot partition or full ROM either from the phone or from Samsung Smart Switch.
So please post your ideas here or if someone has a friend working on at&t ask them for the ROM .
I already tried social engineering, smart switch and dump but here are my results:
Dump: I already dumped /system and build.prop but the only way to dump /boot is having root or having a new exploit to dump it.
Smart Swtich: As you know Kies was deprecated and now Smart Switch is the new tool to backup and reflash software on the S6. You can find the option in the right upper corner - more - Emergency recovery and Software Initialization. After trying to use the Update and Software Initialization option I got the message: SM-G920A does not support initialization. I put my phone in Odin mode (Download mode) and tried again but this time it asked me my model (SM-G920A) and serial number, after filling it the Smart Switch aplication suddenly closed.
Social engineering: Samsung told me that the only way to reflash my phone was physically sending my phone to tech repair and that smart switch could not be used to reinstall the software in my phone... He is wrong, so I submitted a new email with a screenshot of the option in Smart Switch.
So guys please your help trying to get this ROM or boot.img

Or you could probably grab the image files off one of the computers at a Samsung Experience Shop? The computers have software used to troubleshooting and re-flashing devices.

I believe he needs just the build.prop and the boot.img. Not sure though. Uploading the whole ROM would benefit everyone. You rock btw. :thumbup:
