So i was running cm 10.1.3 with iodak kernal 9.5 and was working perfectly but recently when the screen was off for more than 1 min it would not turn back on also the accelerometor is not working. i have factory reset/format system-data-everything/changed kernal but to no avail.
I then tried flashing a kdz which worked but am having the same problem and keypad is very very very slow. i then did recovery through lg mobile support tool and all the same problems and with loads of non responding messages. i am now running iodak kernal and strock v20b rom unlocked bootloader and no root or custom recover after the kdz update
can anyone help?

Hi guys,
my problem is that whatever i flash it ends up with reboots.
I have flashed a gingerbread bootloader and then deoxed rom JVQ and finally semaphore Kernel to get CWM(with odin).
Then I have tried Darkys rom but anytime i reboot it reboots again-twice or it reboots when im in the app drawer.
Juwes rom-sometime it reboots itself. SYMPLY rom-after closing voodo control app it hangs and reboot and the same thing happens with control freak or it just reboots when your sliding through the menu.
I dont get it what iam doing wrong why i have this ****ing reboots.
I hope someone can help

Some ROMs have bugs that cause reboots. Sometimes it might be cause by modem or kernel incompatibilities.
The safest option would probably be to find a ROM you like the look of (with detailed installation instructions) and do a completely clean install of it (factory reset/format SD->Odin flash stock Firmware -> Follow ROM instructions). Or just stick with the stock firmware. Avoid using TitaniumBackup to restore apps to be really safe.
thx dude for your answer now i have miui galnet and everything works fine except that it restarts when i press shut down(but only while charging).
But i really dont get it why there are so much bugs. I have also a htc desire hd and i can overclock it to 1,6 ghz and its still stable almost with all custom roms that are available for the desire hd.

Sooo i ve flashed with Odin at the PC the XXLPY Open Germany ICS Firmware 2 weeks ago. Then i have rooted it with CWM and installed Superuser. Everything worked great but....
Yesterday i wanted to flash the Franco Kernel so i got the updater app downloaded it and in recovery mode with cwm i installed the zip. Everything fine after rebooting i got stuck at the bootscreen Samsung Galaxy Note i thought okay i try a wipe also it didnt help at all. In Recovery Mode it seems that the Note cant mount my external SD anymore :S so how can i fix the Note problem? Because i can enter Download and Recovery Mode so it isnt Hardbrick is it?
Thank you for tips.
Sascha
Franco is a GB Kernel not an ICS one
If you can get into recovery use Odin PC and try flashing the original ICS firmware from 2 weeks ago. Hopefully you can then reboot. If not try a GB ROM that will suit the Franco kernel. Hope that works for you.
Same happened to me, I pulled out battery and then put it back, after that went to recovery download mode and did the rest of the thing using PC ODIN.
I used GB ROM to get back. but still it sucks as FC errors.
After many FC I was able to navigate to setting and did the factory reset.
then once again I flashed the ICS Rom and now its working fine.
same works here also i tried at first gb 2.3.6 by drkategas thread so the original and then flashed the ics again and rooted it with cwm
everything as it used to be
Hi guys
My friend has a Galaxy Ace running Froyo 2.2, everything went so OK till he tried to update into Gingerbread 2.3.4 via Odin & cooper
Device boots well and everything is smoothly good, but when he tried to access WiFi, it not works yet!!! The Bluetooth stopped working too
Tried to give him another version of GB 2.3.6 also flashable via Odin, nothing changed!! Tried to flash 4.2.2 CyanogenMod, thinking it's a Kernel issue, nothing changed too still not working
any help?!!

Flash a fresh stock via Odin and then do wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition if it doesn't work you could try to flash CF-Root b84 kernel over android gingerbread it contains useful libs and wifi modules
Recently he told me something strange!!!
he flashed CyanogenMod 4.2.2 without being rooted yet!!! only custom recovery was installed.... can it be strange??

...do 3 wipes via CWM 5.0.2.6 FIXED and then use Odin to flash a fresh stock finally do wipe data/factory reset and cache partition. Check out if your wifi works, if not flash ROOT + CWM and finally flash Cf-Root b84. If your wifi still not working, It might be a hardware trouble
Can it really be a hardware fail?? Everything was working PERFECTLY just before update!!

Try dialing *#*#526#*#* in Stock rom
Hi guys,
I had have a few months CM11 on my LGP880 and that worked fine. :good:
After the last update of CM11, my LGP880 came in a bootloop that I could not get out.
On the XDA forum i found some solutions to get out of the bootloop and one worked well.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=35971349#post35971349 (was not working for me, stays in bootloop)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38838927&postcount=7 (This works well for me):good:
With the "LGFlash Tool 2014" i flashed stock rom, ICS V10A, on my LGP880 and after that V10b en later V10d.
My LGP880 worked fine and without problems.
After a few days I wanted to upgrade to JB.
I flashed the stock rom, JB V20a, with the same "LGFlash Tool 2014", on my LGP880 and installation went smoothly but I came back in a bootloop at startup. :crying:
(starts up several times and then a dead screen and sometimes completely off)
From the stock recovery several times i did wipe data / factory reset, wipe cache etc. , but my LGP880 remained in a bootloop.
Again, with the "LGFlash Tool 2014" back to ICS V10a and the bootloop was gone and my LGP880 worked well again.:fingers-crossed:
Now I have the original "LG Mobile Support Tool" installed and I performed an update to ICS V10b on my LGP880 (with ICSa running well !!)
Update to ICS V10b, 10d, 10f and 10h went smoothly and my LGP880 worked well.
With the same "LG Mobile Support Tool" later on upgraded to JB V20a and my LGP880 comes back in a boot loop ?? :crying:
ICS is not a problem but after updating to JB I'm in a boot loop.
Because I want to go get back to CM10 I first need to get a upgrade to JB that is stable.
Is there a solution?
@jksr have you tried doing a factory reset in stock recovery. This question is already answered many times and it's stated at the end of that flashing tutorial if you get a bootlop perform a factory reset in stock recovery.
Good luck.

Hello sPEADy,
Thanks for your comment,
Yes, I did factory reset and etc. several times.
See my post: From the stock recovery several times i did wipe data / factory reset, wipe cache etc. , but my LGP880 remained in a bootloop.
I know that this problem is often discussed, there is plenty to read about.
Coming out of the bootloop is not a problem:
Coming out from the boot loop went well when I go back to ICS Stock Rom.
Then again my LGP880 is in original factory settings (ICS V10a, Unrooted and with the original recovery that is locked).
My LGP880 works fine then.
The problem is that the bootloop comes back immediately after upgrading to JB. ??
I do an upgrade to JB with the original (latest software and drivers) "LG Mobile Support Tool" from the LG site.
This problem (in a bootloop after upgrading to JB) I have not seen before on the Internet?
(Go back to ICS solves the bootloop and my LGP880 works well again.)
I need JB to unlock the bootloader again and then go back to CM10.
(Unlock bootloader in LGP880 is not possible in ICS, after the upgrade to JB is the bootloader standard unlocked)
Thanks again and i hope that somebody knows a solution
i know solution ... in flashtool have 2 choice first flash rom second upgrade recovery ...you choose the second and all fix
