Ok, so, phone is clearly stock as thats the only option, and im using hangouts as i dont care for the stock messaging app. My issue is simple, i take a picture, and when i send it, the person on the recieving end gets an extremely stretched and distorted pic. I will attach an example. It is the original, plus a screenshot of the same picture sent to my wife. Any ideas?

Mods can close this thread if you want. Turns out the issue is with Hangouts, which sucks because i finally got used to it. Pics send perfectly within the stock messaging app.

I am currently running the rogers rom on my G1, and whenever i make a call or receive one from a contact that has a photo, the photo of the person is terrible and distorted. Almost like nintendo graphics lol.. i am not sure if the original g1 firmware has a clear picture because ive been on rogers for a long time now. Is there a setting that i can alter in the phone through terminal or adb, that can change the display size or resolution of contact pictures while in a call? Would it be in the phone.apk file? All my contact pics are 3mp quality which is verygood, but they look all distorted when people call, which defeats the purpose of having a contact icon. Thanks in advance devs

FINALLY WE CAN HAVE VIDEO CONFERENCE IN THE US.....WE CAN FINALLY USE THOSE USELESS FRONT CAMERAS OF OUR HTCS(FOR THOSE THAT DONT HAVE FRONT CAMERAS ....like my fuze ......IT ALSO WORKS WITH THE BACK CAMERA). EPLIXO PROVIDES VIDEO CONFERENCE OVER VOIP....IF YOUR CARRIER ALLOWS IT....I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY THIS APP

I know that other's have had problems with the camera, but so far, none are the same as mine.

The lines don't move I believe, and are always there. I got Android Scoot CyanogenMod 6.1.2 on my HTC Tilt.
This is the result of bad ROM and radio combination from what I've gathered. I've tried different combinations myself and I could not remove the lines from the pictures taken. This issue seemed to stop already and I wonder if someone already had posted the fix for this without taking the unit to the service center.

Yesterday I visited my brother and my niece came to me and told me she is facing a little trouble with her device. The problem is: the icon of frontal camera is missing about to 1 month or so, according to her. I tried to open it by WhatsApp, Instagram and Snapchat, but it gives FC. I wiped data from Motorola Camera App, nothing. Tried also reboot the phone in safe mode, nah. I took these screenshots.

Her Moto G is completely stock, nothing changed. (forgot to take screens from "about phone/device").
So a day or so before I had a notification of app updates I noticed something with messenger I hadn't noticed since I've been using the phone. Normally if I get a text message and I pull down my notification I just see the most recent message. However all the sudden I saw the last few, mine included, with 'you' in blue.
Once I update messenger I haven't seen it again. I went looking online thinking I wouldn't be able to describe it properly in google to find it but I did. This is a screen shot talking about a much older messenger update for Android N.
