About Carbon
CarbonRom is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project. We are dedicated to fast, stable, and feature-filled roms, honesty and communication with our users, and openness with our code. We like frequent builds, with the very latest and greatest hardware support and fixes. We strive to not only provide you with the best rom we can build, but also to give back to the Android community and our fellow developers. For us, this is about creating something we can be proud of and hope you will enjoy.
Please feel free to look at, build, and use our code on CarbonDev GitHub.
We would like to thank CyanogenMod for their device trees, framework/settings mods and their code that was incorporated into this project. We also extend our gratitude to the devs whose code that we have incorporated. Proper authorship has been maintained and can be viewed on our repository.
Special thanks also go to Slim Rom for some of their features, PA, AOKP, and anyone else we may have borrowed commits from that hasn't been mentioned here. If you feel you have been unfairly left out, please - let us know.
While we make every effort to test these builds as much as possible, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to your device, family, pets, or perception of reality. We ask that you do your part to know your device and know how to recover from problems before you flash! If you have questions, ask your fellow users or ask us in #teamcarbon on freenode IRC.
Features
Even though Carbon keeps a very stock AOSP look overall, it is still PACKED with additional features that you can enable as you please. There are honestly way too many features to list, the entire feature list can be found over here - http://carbon-rom.com/features/
Work in progress.. Many things related to carbon fibers are yet to be merged with 4.4.2.. So have patience..
Non-Working List:
Same as CM11. Everything seems to be working.

Thanks for the new build! I'm guessing that it's a 4.4.3 build and you just didn't have time to change the OP.
EDIT: Ok, just d/l and it definitely is 4.4.3.

Support
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our goo.im page linked above. It's new, but expanding fast. Just like us!
3) Ask a question in your device forum. Someone will no doubt try to help you. Warning: this help may come in the form of telling you it's a dumb question that has been asked before. See step 1 - such are the perils of asking questions when you haven't done the research yourself. Android is about helping yourself.
4) Join our G+ Community: http://community.carbon-rom.com This is where we spend the bulk of our time and the best way to reach us and other community members. We update and frequent this community far more than XDA, simply due to time constraints and the convenience of G+.
5) Ask a question on our IRC channel. Connect to #teamcarbon on irc.freenode.net or click here. You'll find several other Carbon fans and usually one or more devs as well. Please be polite.

If I left my phone to turn off from battery and will charge with USB,screen on PC gets blue and restarts again and again up to disconnect the phone
Message that I prevent to read is "wrong or bad IRQ"
This happens only if phone is totally empty
Never had this on stock
I have to charge for view minutes with travel charger and than to USB

well I use nova launcher and have no such problems.
but I have to report another little bug.
It is not possible to change details for contacts via the caller-UI.
The contact app crashes fatal.
Log is attached.
Same crash with contacts app.
CM version from 07/06 was more stable.
Trebuchet crashes very often too

demetris, i have to congratulate you on becoming an official maintainer for cm11 for our device; arcee is great dev, but he's spread too thin, and you as a person that actively uses our phone will bring many many upgrades to cm11 official sources, as well as roms based on them. thanks again for all your work, without you, laufersteppenwolf & adam, our device would lag behind other phones heavily.
So I would guess there is a tiny chance of getting an M release some time...

Wow... great update.
I currently have the TWRP flashed on the FOTA partition so, I can't test the included recovery... the FOTA twrp will survive after flashing the rom...
Nonetheless, what you are doing here is great great CarbonRon and DU on tablet Z is awesome!
p.s. is the CF issue fixed in this build?
Here new Pollux build with same changelog
Build 2 here
Tell how it goes! =)

Thanks for bringing this rom to our device! Would it be at all possible to have the notification drawer and quick settings panel pull all the way down when a custom background is chosen? On Pac, I set a custom background and the drawers pull all the way down, showing my chosen picture but here it only extends as far as the last notifaction/ quick settings tile. Also, is it possible to have some carbon fibre functions available to secondary users, like navbar/ pie settings? I've used an xposed mod for now to spoof the navbar, so the other user accounts can use Ultra Dynamic Navbar. (the kids love it!) Hope that's not too cheeky and definitely not a deal breaker, used to enjoy this rom on other devices and had hoped to find a build for Pollux_Windy!
Tapatalked that shiznit.
any one tried call function on lte pollux running this rom?

Bluetooth not working
Been using this ROM since 2nd build was uploaded. Its fast and stable. After flashing the latest update my bluetooth stopped working. I installed new update and wiped cache. Reinstalling new build over did not do anything. I have not done a clean install yet using the latest build because I wanted to see if it maybe a bug or not. Thanks
This is my first the posting a logcat pls excuse me if I did something wrong. I tried to embed a pastebin window here but it didn't work.
