How to: Change TF3D Cities language from English to others?

Hi everyone,
Just spend almost entire day in the forum searching for answers. Quite a fruitful day as I have managed to gain more understanding from the experts here on rom cooking, tweaking and language changing.
But up til now, there is only one thing that bothers me.
It is about the weather tab in the TF3D. Apart from this, all the rest are showing a different language specified by me (Chinese). Only the cities names are in English.
Which files should I alter to translate the cities names to Chinese or any other preferred language?
(TF3D Config doesn't work on this & basically my entire rom have been translated to chinese, other than this part)

Perhaps will Chinese be supported (by editing your database with chinese caracters ?).

[Q] Switching between languages

How are the WP7 changing UI language? Is it possible for example switch the HD7 sold by O2 DE to English or do you have to change image?

Come on guys, nobody knows if its possble to change UI language of your phone?

Is it possible to change User Interface language e.g. from German to English? Or is it necessary to change the whole image?

Yep. My UI is english instead of german, but all localization options are set to german (time-format & co.). If you browse the marketplace with this settings, you get a german description of apps (if available), but after installing them the ui of them is set to english.
My language options are englsh/german/spanish on my german o2 HD7.
So far my experience.

Its was not. I bought one in Dresden...

And I have seen several of them in O2 shops in Munich as well. They didnt have them in store but when I asked the sales, he said, that he has couple of them on stock.
Find the shops in your area, check if they have it and go

Till now I thought, I have a good phone (HD2) but since I have HD7 I dont like it anymore.

[Q] Install extra language on WP8

Hello,
I am planning on buying a HTC 8X with Windows Phone 8. As a previous Windows Phone 7.8 user (I own the HTC Trophy), I have a question about the display and keyboard language on my new phone.
My question is, if the device I buy is the German Vodafone version can I add the Greek language (my native) even if it is not listed in the languages list?
Another question is, if there is no way to add Greek language as the display language, is there a way to add just the greek keyboard so that I can write greek?

all WP8 devices have all supported languages in WP8... no need and no possible to add additional language...

on unlocked/custom ROM Wp7 with Native Keyboard maybe?
with WP8 only in settings you can add available keyboards

My unlocked german Lumia 920 allows me to install the greek keyboard under Settings / Keyboard
As for UI language I can't tell as they decided to write language names in the UI selection in the countries letters and there's quite some that I can't read. How would you write "Greek" in greek?

Well, Greece in Greek is 'Ελλάδα' (Hellada) or sometimes 'Ἑλλάς' (Hellas).
Perhaps somebody can inform me if it's possible to install extra languages but retain a certain (fixed) keyboard lay-out.
That is to say, I tend to converse in English, Dutch and German all the time and sometimes in French. I would like to be able to install these dictionaries and use the languages interchangeably, but keeping all the same QWERTY-layout all the time.
In other words: when I write something in German, I want the keyboard to retain the US-style QWERTY-layout that in standard in the Netherlands, rather than the QWERTZ-layout that is standard in the German-speaking countries. Similarly, the keyboard shouldn't switch to AZERTY when writing something in French.
This piece of information I haven't been able to find out from the documentation on-line. Because utilities such as Swype and especially SwiftKey do not exist for Windows Phone (yet?) it's something I'd like to know before I make the plunge.

[Q] Changing device display language

First of all, I own a HTC Radar which is a WP7 device. I purposely post in this forum as I think it is way more active than WP7 forum. The thing is: WP7 supports far less display languages than WP8 does. For example, there is no Croatian language in WP7. My question is, is there any way to "add" new languages to WP7 unofficially or to alter existing languages so their translations would match to Croatian? Or is there any way to use Croatian from WP8 on WP7?
