You will need S-OFF before you can use the RUU
Ideally, you shouldn't have updated to 4.19.401.11
Try ARHD rom and use Firewater S-OFF

Mate, you have to choose the ruu with your version main and not the radio.
However, i flashed T-Mob radio in past and no prob...
Ok there are tu ruu for european rom. The main on one ruu is the same as my phone but difference was my radio. Thats why i was not sure if i can flash RUU with the same main and different radio

have you tried running one of the guru reset rom for 4A.17.3250.14?
try, and during installation, chose install stock recovery and stock radio.
could work, then you can achieve the s-off with rumrunner

Some help with s-off

I have flashed my One with CMinstaller, but it's still s-on.
Flashed from CM to Android Revolution HD 53.0 and tried to get s-off with Rumrunner, but no luck.
Pouring 8 times "Wait 30 seconds, power on device, pray, run rumrunner again."
So no luck, what to do?

[Q] Help finding RUU

I cannot seem to find the RUU for my HTC ONE to put back into stock. It's stuck in bootloop from me wiping it in TWRP on accident. I have C Spire (formerly Cellular South) ... I've searched and searched. It's S-On as well. I can flash back to custom recovery and such, but I am just trying to get back to stock... help very appreciated. Could anyone help out with finding the RUU needed, I've ran fastboot getvar, and can give any info needed.
