No need to worry about. its common in some Custom ROM. if you want more RAM then flash new ICS Leak . it has 816 MB of ROM
what is the best JB ROM for the ram memory usage
because the most problem i have is the lag when the ram memory get full

( in gb about 220/385 ..) (about 165m free)
i have more lags and every thing slowly in jb ..

You should try Cm10 by pawitp. it's less ram hungry. and that's kinda normal, since gb needed at least 192 of ram and jb needs 256

I have flashed [ROM][JB][4.2.1][07/02/13] CyanAOSP v0.9.2 [Stable | For Gaming].

I have problem with my phone SGS GT I9000 . I searched a lot in the internet but I have found no solution !
I rooted my phone that I can flash the ROM's ( mackay . nightly ...ect ) and I succeed and it works well :good:
but when I checked my SD internal storage ( that It would be 2 GB - ROM = 1.8 GB ) I found it 1.2 GB
Is it possible that the ROM may take about 800 MB ? If not, so what I've to do to have back my SD internal storage 1.8 GB
This is normal - CM changes data partitions to allow 600MB in /system
