3 week old SGH-i957 play store crash.

I have a 3 week old SGH-i957 and for some reason the Google Play Store started crashing on Saturday. I have attempted 3 factory data resets and it keeps happening. This is stock and I have done nothing to it yet. Is there a way to do a different type of reset?

No one has any suggestions?

No, I meant I found the stock image, LOL. I still don't know what is the issue with the play store, I think the Image is corrupted.

Want to make sure I am doing it right. I have been reading this thread and I am assuming I use the firmware I downloaded from sammobile and use steps 3 to 7 in method 2 to re-flash?

i faced that problem before when i bought S2 new and marker ( as was ) crashed every time i tried to open it
i just install market.apk and replace and done every things id fine

Try somaare method first

[Q] NFC not working. Help!

Help, the NFC on my phone dosn.t work. I recently rooted it and now the nfc funtion won't work.
The phone is a samsung galaxy s3 mini.

I flased it and my phone got ****ed up. I had a backup but my play store won't work. Any suggestions?

What rom/firmware are you using?

I am currently using the ceberus rom. But i am uninstalling it as soon as possible. The filmware? i am not sure. I think it's the one that came with this tool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2185700

New Gear Manager..

Looks like there is a new version of Gear Manager. Have it installed but don't notice anything different off the bat...

I try to find how to remove AM/PM to have 24 hour clock, but I can not ?
Edit : sorry, finally I found.
In phone parameter, remove 24 hour and give back

I ended up uninstall in the update to gear manager and reinstalling it. Lost my root though on the gear. Have to wait till I get home to see if it will root again. I think it updated the software version on the gear.
What is the software version you all have on the gear currently?
I'm currently at: V700XXUAMII (software version)

Gear Manager Version 1.2.131011 is what I have here and loaded it on Monday (10/21/2013).
Watch says V700XXUAMII
BTW, I have always seemed to get about two days per charge yet use the watch rarely per se, so battery life has been relatively impressive (no custom face loaded).

Here is the latest Gear Manager apk. Suggest uninstalling previous version (seems to be the case each update ) then you need to reset your Gear (this also sucks). I couldn't get restore to work so just had to start again. It kept root, busybox, and my modded camera, but lost my apps (store and sideloaded) photos. You can try uninstalling the seperate parts that the manager installs as that looks to be the main issue with update, but it just reinstalls them. The other issue I found is that you also need to remove your Gear apps so that you can reinstall them

I also thought I had the latest one, but there was an update which I just downloaded shortly before posting the link (the v1.2.131011). Perhaps the version number hardly changed?

After 11 hrs 3 5 min phone calks on it i show 70%. Not sure if its the light ysage today or if this update improved batteey life. Im hopeful.

Any kind of changelog on these things?

need watch styler version 1.0.4 apk

If someone could provide me with the apk of the 1.0.4 version of watch styler it would be greatly appreciated. It was running great until I got the latest release and it started freezing again. Really contemplating just returning the watch. Getting tired of the lack of support from Samsung.

Can you post the 1.0.5?

I currently have 1.0.5 as well and it seems to just disconnect randomly. The last known working version I had was 1.0.4.. It worked great and the battery didn't drain as much.

I also did just exchangey watch due to a camera issue. I wonder if this watch is messed up with the Bluetooth. Is anyone else having issues with 1.0.5.?

1.0.5 is the latest version. I didn't realise there had been updates, so don't have 1.0.4

I was only able to install version 1.0.8 from your lis on 9 amd 10 I got error sayimg could not be parsed.
anyway....using version 1.0.8 I still cannot see how I can import or load a wstheme

You'll get the parse error if you aren't running android 4.3+
Import is only available from v10
You can manually import. Check one of the watch face threads

One last question before I put my entire life on hold waiting for official 4.3, are there any touch wiz roms available in 4.3 as ive been advised for gear thats what I need, all roms ive seen in past come with custom launcher

Just updated my ROM, and I can't get the Gear Manger to download or install? Is the Samsung store having issues?

What rom are you using?
I've just updated my Note 2 from Phoenix 15.7 to 16.0
Version 15.7 worked fine, 16 gives me exactly the same problem.

Tried editing my build.prop, and changed my device type from GT-N7100 to SM-N9005 but this had no effect. Didn't bother trying to fiddle any further. Just went back to my latest Nandroid.

Just get the GearManagerStub.apk file from https://www.mediafire.com/folder/id203nhlix285/Android#e7h23e12rzesi and drop it into /system/app - reboot and you should be good again.
