[Q] spigen glas.t nano slim screen protector - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 5

Has anyone bought this screen protector yet? I'm curious because the simple fact that it's 2mm thick and I like the fingerprint scanner. So I dunno if it would work just curious. Thanks for any help.

I have the Bodyguardz Glass screen protector and the fingerprint scanner does indeed still work.

Does nano glass tr will work with S-view cover? I remember i couldn't close the case property on my S4 with 4mm glass
Sent from my SM-G900W8 using Tapatalk

Sweet, well thank you guys. That was the only real concern I had with it. Now to decide if I really want it or not seeing as now I have the next plan and insurance. Almost seems like overkill to me.

I just got the protector and I really like it. No issues at all with the fingerprint reader.

Ill wait for the spigen 0.15mm because i need it for the sview cover to work properly...

[POLL] Do You Use Protection?

Not that kind of protection...but for your N7. I was wondering who uses a screen protector, a case, both or neither.

I have a screen protector with an i-blason case, but I take my n7 out of the case if I'm going to be on it for more than a couple minutes.
Protector and skin for back and sides.
Makes no practical change to looks, size or weight and cost about the fiver, so is common sense imo

Terrapin screen protector & a skanky cheap 360 case off of flea bay!
Transmitted from either Nexus7 - Tab2 - GT-N7000 - i9100
I like it raw.

I bought and installed a Zagg InvisibleShield on my N7. I was happy that it didn't degrade the sensitivity at all and I can rest a little easier knowing that the screen is protected a little more.
I know the screen is Corning, but it's still not officially Gorilla Glass.
I'm interested in buying a case, but haven't found anything decent yet.

im thinking about buying a case... I heard they have some pretty cheap ones on amazon... But i am skeptical because I heard the cases make the nexus 7 hotter then it should

YooMee case and now a screen protector because the oleophobic coating started rubbing off on my last one.

Always suit up.
Case and Screen Protector.
Same on all my devices.
Dont feel safe without them, especially a case.

Otterbox defender screen protector!

We all know it's defective, I removed, I put my own, but now the case is a little too flexible? Anybody have a fix for this? And when revision 2 ever comes out, will we get a chance to exchange ours?

Where the protector was actually glued to the plastic top housing piece, use a thin strip of foam tape (preferably 3m) all the way around about a 1/10th of an inch from the edge. The foam will sit between the top piece of the case and your phone.
Basically you are replacing the thickness of the glue + screen protector that helped keep the case nice and tight. It also helps to keep dust out of the case.
Even if the foam tape is 1/4 of a inch thick, it has a lot of give when pressed.
Thanks for help, appreciate it!

What is the cutting down the button nonsense? Mine works fine.
The screen protector works no differently than they did before or than that on the lifeproof...not getting all of the complaints. ..if one chooses to remove it so be it.. not really validation for the complaint imo

some users report the button sticking and to fix it you can cut down the material, probably isnt a problem with everyone.
My power button was fine. I just didn't like the gap between the screen protector. Felt weird. I had the phantom case for the s3 and it didn't have that. But we all can't get what we want.

I wouldn't remove the screen protector on the Otterbox Defender, although the pressure sensitivity of the S-pen is highly questionable.

Bodyguards pure

Does anybody know if the Seidio surface case still fits with a bodyguardz pure glass screen protector installed?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
if you mean this one then i would think it should. mine fits along the inner edge of the bezel so it shouldn't interfere with the surface...
Unfortunate for me it wouldn't fit after installing the pure. Luckily I had a different case.

Did you get HD or the anti glare? I'll see how this HD holds up with scratches. I had the anti glare from ghost armor on my S2 and loved it.

Does it cover edge to edge?
I can't open the pictures for some reason.
Also, does it really feel like glass? What's the texture like?

The screen protector is very thick and feels just like it's not even on there. It does not cover edge to edge, has plenty of room for a case. I to recommend this screen protector.

Just got mine in today, ordered on Wednesday.
I'm surprised that it came with 3 instead of the 2 that's advertised.
I also like that it doesn't cover the front sensors
I'll see if I have enough time to put one on today. Hopefully it fits with the diztronic.

How does this protector feel? Does it feel plasticy or more like glass?
I'm curious to know as well
Okay so I just put this on my phone.
I'm hating how LG design the curved edges of the screen right now.
I have the oleophobic ones and they are cut out correctly for the phone, but **** man. You have to be a surgeon to not have any bubbling edges, and that's due to the curved edges of the screen.
I managed to get mine in with only a bit of the top bubbling up, but it doesn't worry me as my hopefully prevents it from coming up.
The Diztronic fits good with the screen protector and doesn't post the edges up.
It feels a bit sticky, but that is something common for the first few days. I'll report back after I get the stickiness off the protector
Clarity is great, screen looks pretty much the same as before.
My only gripe with the screen protector is that there's a bubble that isn't any dust that is on the bottom right of the screen. I'm hoping it goes away after some use and settling.
Edit: I forgot to mention that it doesn't cover any sensors, so there's not problem with knock on/off.
Also, after some use the stickiness is already coming off and it now feels much smoother.

So far the feel is in between glass and plastic. It feels much better than plain plastic, but sometimes gets the squeakiness of plastic when your finger is sliding around

Just got mine in today. I can now swype with a clean screen! The bare glass is a bit sticky for swyping but this screen protector is great.
After a day I take back the stickyness. Its very close to bare glass. After a little greasing up she's slick but after a good cleaning its hard to swype because the finger sticks.
I'll be sticking with it for sure though because it fits very good with my DualPro and TPU case. No it doesn't cover the curved edges but I think my case would peel back a screen protector like that.
I really love the feeling of the G2s screen and hate putting on a screen protector but this one is as close as I'll get to that silky feeling I think.
how is the protector holding up ?
i was about to order the pure crystal one

Full cover case

Hi
I'm looking for a case that covers the front and back. It needs to be a transparent front so that I can see the Always On display. The Samsung Clear View doesn't allow that because of its Sview feature. The only one I have seen is this one. I don't mind whether the front opens or not as long as I can access everything on the screen.
The alternative I have looked at is a tempered glass cover and back case but there seem to be lots of issues with the cases pushing the glass cover off the phone. I am crap at installing screen protectors.
Any ideas?
TIA.
Came across this one. Seems a bit too cheap but cheap enough to be worth a try.
So what does a TPU gel front cover feel like for swiping etc?

These look nice....I ordered the Unicorn Beetle Pro Full Body Rugged Holster Case.... only thing missing is the built in screen protector but I guess the curved screen is causing makers problems
