Tip:
1.) it may run down the batter the first day. this is due to ics indexing your files on your sd card. i even made it lag out with 9 gigs of music
2.) Dont run smart actions or disable data or anything for the first day running it. it needs to index.
3.) for good sound go into settings /sound /wired stereo devices / disable effects it stacks so it will sound bad with both enabled.
4.) if battery life is still bad delete all the pictures off your phone and any thing else(format sdcards). and turn off 4g global. if your phone has been running for a while use smart actions then.

myfishbear has returned!! my phone still runs eclipse to the day but I am still hoping someone will come up with an ICS eclipse port for the droid 4

it takes a real long time to boot the first time.. im talking bout like 5-10 full minuets

Another question... if I'm making the jump from GB to ICS, can I use this file, or do I need to go to a stock ICS from the ICS leak thread? I hate bloatware so if I can go straight to this that'd be awesome XD

That patch is a hack for the original gingerbread firmware. ICS-based stock ROMs have some level of GSM support out of the box, at least this is true for 213 and 215. Olegfusion's debloated 215 ROM also includes additional GSM enhancements such as build.prop tweaks and addition of all the necessary APNs for data.
I was just asking if anyone had tried this particular ROM on GSM yet, and if so what steps they took to make it work.

As i said in your post i flashed this rom because i bricked with olegfusion rom, and it works really fine, new gsm patch and gsm working and active at start.

@OP is the equalizer working ? i just changed my earphones and now the bass are really, really REALLY overpowered. Tried to change in the equalizer but was still the same ...

when did you download the file? the original had that problem. i updated it but forgot to delete beats.apk the new version is fixed.

I'm downloading right now, can i flash it over or do i have to wipe ?

just flash it on top and if using the gsm patch re apply it. then delete beats.apk or do the reset

I lost caller ID for my contacts and SMSes. This was a notable bug in the first Voda JB release but there was a hotfix.
V3.1 of your ROM was ok.
I will need to clear contacts data and resync with Google.
Also v3.1 was snappier it seems.

Thanks. I fixed it up deleting all my contact data an doing a re-sync with my google account. But I might flash this to prevent future issues as well.

Two more things but possibly not related to your ROM:
1) Each time I reboot, there's a box saying: Android Upgrading. Starting Apps. Then it boots into the home screen OK.
2) Can't detect the phone on Samsung Kies. Haven't properly troubleshot this yet as I only decided to use Kies again because I wanted a backup in case of 'sudden death'. Phone detected previously on official firmware.

Hi mate both of these are normal whilst using custom roms. Neither kies or system update will work whilst using custom roms.

Yes it has TW Nature UX and airview i was meant to say

no offence, but it seems there is nothing new or special in this rom. just a "normal" TW-Rom with some lite tweaks. maybe i am wrong, but it seems there is nothing special like in alliance or teamrevenge-rom.
anyway, nice to put up your work and sorry if i am wrong with my feelings!

I used the
If you want to add Market or non-stock apps (*.apk) to your ROM (which can be uninstalled or updated from your device later) then select the kitchen's menu option that adds "/data/app functionality". Afterwards you can copy these .apk files to the new /data/app folder of your working folder. If you put those extra apps under /system/app instead then you won't be able to update most of them through the Market.

Great rom, fast and smooth. Most important of all, it can work on locked bootloader.

I lost all keyboards.There are no keyboards on my system.Please help me....In third step you are talking about flash kernel but which kernel file i have to flash????

No keyboard included... I had to connect to my Bluetooth keyboard just so i could get into Google Store to download one.

its run good no problem after 2 days. but you must add the keyboard to have a complit rom

i just installed this rom on my tx..its good.. stable ..fast and clean. and yes this is without keyboard dont know y.this making a very hard start on it.i recomend once you install the rom immediatly install a flashable keyboard.zip...i choosed the android4.2keyboard.zip which is wonderful.
have a root and bloatware freee made it very good..to our beloved developer i ask him to provide a new vergin that have a keyboard and themed taskbar.....i installed the dooms kernel with it which make with it a verry good combinatio...waiting for an update...

It's just a problem that some people have when music stops playing while browsing, I've opened up a thread here as a way to eliminate what could be causing the problem. I'm not alone for sure as this is also posted on the Sony support forums:

I'm not a ROM developer so forgive me for noob questions ... Why did it take so long porting official jb from p6800 to p6810? And why no one else did it before?

Seems to perform really well. No major hiccups a reboot hasn't been able to cure. Great work.
By the way, is the brickbug fixed?

Works great, do not believe it, but it was enough to just change the mount points in the initramfs (...blk0p10 etc..). I have compiled the kernel from source of p6800 with this initramfs and everything works fine.. Try to use this ramdisk for your kernel..

I found a used, but like new. I took only for the matrix amoled ..

Flashing now...will report back later.

I will be purchasing a Note 3 (sm-n900 Octa international) when I return home in a few weeks (selling SGS4). I will be keeping this tab, but passing it to my 9yo son to enjoy.
First I need to set up my build environment from scratch (Ubuntu update screwed up) taking a little time, but rest assured, I will be compiling and releasing a SkyHigh kernel for this port. I have some more tweaking and changes to do, so hopefully there will be a few kernel releases yet for both P6810 & P6800 JB MD3 kernels

JB kernel from official 4.1.2 source or firmware is not affected by "brick-bug".
Edit: if coming from ICS, do not factory reset from with stock android recovery or unpatched ICS kernel. Wipe AFTER flashing this JB ROM.

If you flash, it wipes anyway - I think.
It's amazing how much smoother JB is...

Can you please help me flash. It downloads as a rar file im so confused im trying to convert it to tar so it can open in odin. What am i doin wrong bro

Extract the RAR file using WinRAR. There's a TAR file inside it.
