im on t mo calls work data works idk about 3g/4g bc all they have is edge in my area....i know its 2014 and im still on edge. i couldnt get gapps to flash the one from the miui port thread was a bad download, the one from rom manager was bad as well bc it broke the phone. for people having phone fc's did you try flashing the dialer fix? worth a shot
I'm patiently waiting for someone to post details about how to get it to work correctly on t mobile including the phone and gapps

So far so good. Only fc. Its calendar and music.
Running smooth. On my end. So far.

anyone tried installing apps from play store? i installed titanium and it broke the phone constant fc
I got it up and running now, PA gapps are working fine, also installed some apps and no weird force closes yet. Only thing force closing is the contacts app, but only when I swipe all the way to the right. Everything else is working great for me now, gonna use it as daily driver I think. Calling works fine, 2G 3G and 4G are working after entering the right APN (KPN Netherlands).

Google Wallet 1.1R48V4 Installer for Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 (maybe 4.0.4)
This has been tested on the factory 4.0.3 image it may or may not work with other custom roms. If you test and it works, please let me know and I'll update the compatibility matrix. The NFC stuff is the tricky part. Google has been changing the Nfc setup quite a bit and each ROM maker seems to use a different version.
The Nfc.apk that comes with 4.0.3 is really nice, in terms of allowing other apps to get the necessary permissions to use the Nfc chip.
If you are using my version of Wallet already, just install the .zip from recovery and you will be cleanly upgraded. If you want to update the apk directly, I've provided that link as well.
The APK install method WILL NOT work unless you are currently using one of my older versions. If you try to install directly, your NFC won't recognize the signature on my version of Wallet so it won't work. This is provided for existing users of my version of Wallet, and developers.
Google Wallet 1.1R48-V4 for ICS 4.0.3 ZIP Updater <-- you probably want this
Google Wallet 1.1R48-V4 for ICS 4.0.3 APK Updater <--- no, not this.. really..
*PLEASE* Make sure you know what you're doing, already I've not got many cycles to help support these days.
I understand there's a R33v6 out in the Market already. If someone can send me the .apk I'll port the changes...
Awesome....but if you already have it installed from the previous version does this version do anything other than allowing you to install without wiping?

Hi All,
Just made this for me, but thought i'd share in case anyone wants it. Nothing cherry picked, straight CM11 built from source, modded SystemUI.apk to set battery % on, and colour it black so visible. That's it. Don't ask for a changelog, check CM11 commits. Plan on daily build for now, at least until CM11 nightly builds hit anyways
Fully working ART if you utilise PA GAPPS packages
filename: cm-11-20131205-UNOFFICIAL-mako.zip
download mirrors: Google Drive | Box | DropBox
md5 mirrors: Google Drive | Box | DropBox
Only building for the devices I own currently so please don't ask for others
To install: Same as any other CM thread/version
Credits: CM team of course, also Raum1807 for his guide on building CM11, and homeslice976 for his guide on modding the battery in kitkat.
**NOTE: Battery percent does not show until it drops to 99. At 100 percent nothing will show.
Thank you OP for your ROM!
Just a little heads up.
You should remove the Nexus 7 link from the post.

As said above, depends on app. Why I say fully working ART, is I've had some roms installed that ART does not switch on properly, or, can't switch back. This switches through fine to either

Well, technically, it's fully working ART, incompatability issues with the app
And, as an FYI, anyone using Xposed - you cannot use ART with Xposed, at all. In fact, when I just tried to re-enable after switching to ART, after reboot I was dalvik again.
Had a problem with the dialer earlier today...couldn't see who I was calling. After I dialed it went directly to the homescreen every time... Will try this update and hope for the best...

The strange thing is there's absolutely no activity when notifications are received on the phone using CM11 in regards to pushing to the gear. No errors nothing !
The APK used to detect if a notification comes in installed no problem.. its quite strange.
Yes @fOmey I have also experimented with it the only ones I could not get installed by titanium backup from a TouchWiz rom was the apk for s voice and weather. Also I got a few force closes after I reboot but it runs pretty fine I was actually surprised it was as easy as a titanium backup

I did the same as you, I even had a load of tests with frameworks and whatever. I'm no advanced android developer, but afaik, isn't possible to make this work without the whole thing together, unless someone makes the touchwiz framework works in some AOSP rom.

Going to install again with some gapps this time so I can test the reverse lookup, etc. I'm not sure about needing to flash root or not yet, as I couldn't install a root app due to lack of play store. I'll report back in a few minutes. Downloading the mini modular package from PA. ~85MB. Shouldn't be too long.

True, I just went with the first small package that came to mind. Okay so root does need to be flashed after the ROM and gapps.
So far I found 2 things.
1. Quick Setting tiles > style > transparency goes from a flat gray (normal) at 0%. Once you get it to 50% it will be come slightly transparent. 51-100% transparency will just make it turn flat black with no transparency. Not sure if it's meant to be like that but I can see through them on other ROMs. Not a big deal though.
2. I'll try again with slim gapps, but I can't use nearby places lookup. Doesn't work even after toggling in settings. But that might be a gapps issue so I'll check and see.
This ROM is quick. I like it a lot. So that's the only issues I noticed so far, everything else was working good. Well polished for the first release on this device. Honestly I don't think it even needs an Alpha/Beta tag. No reboots no SoD. Feels like its ready for primetime. all in all it would take more time to list what isn't working rather than what is which is what I did. No force closes, etc. Ready for a daily driver. I'm going to stick with it.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
Edit: would you ever consider SuperSU over SuperUser? I know some don't like it because it isn't open source (last I heard) but it doesn't give me problems with some apps like superuser.

When I switch from enhanced to basic and back to enhanced again, it does allow me to flip the switch for always on again, but as you can imagine if k have to do that, the whole thing becomes pretty useless, used to work just fine btw :banghead:
