You do not use GB 4.1.2. Latest GB was 2.3.6.
Please use short sentences and describe exactly what you want to do.
I do not really understand your goals.

N7000=kernel + recovery.
So rom manager won't work..
Use the known methods.

Easiest way would be flashing philz kernel from stock recover using the .zip file, you can also flash using odin using the .tar file. Philz kernel should match your build number. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1901191

What do you mean by custom 4.0.4 ? They are zip files and can only be flashed using CWM which needs root and a custom kernel

You already know that Jetmod is for GB?
So, you must downgrade JB - > GB first and then flash Jetmod like dev said in his thread.

????????????????
DDLK2 ???. But that is the baseband of gingerbread 2.3.6 Indian Firmware. I recommend flashing latest jellybean ROM/baseband of your country.
Hopefully that should solve it. Good Luck.

There is a philz kernel method but that is only for 4.0.3 and above.
May be try one of the rooting apps like framaroot or similar apps.
