Revert back to stock, or restore your EFS backup if you made one. You could also try flashing a baseband over, and see if that works?

Rewrite with Odin last official firmware, and you will have back old bootloader/old recovery mod.
Go to Sammobile and get odin and official firmware.

[Q] GT-N7000B issues with Odin

Hi.
i have with me a GT-N7000B (it's an Australian Note on the Telstra network)
i have previously rooted it. and flashed a custom rom for the N7000 *It took out the B part*
before doing so, i made sure to take a Clockwork Mod of the N7000B rom. i have it stored on my computer.
my question and main issue is as follows:
I want to be on the Official N7000B stock Rom unrooted. the main reason is, i pay monthly for a mobile foxtel subscription, and the phone WILL NOT work with this service on a custom rom, or a N7000 firmware.
i can only flash the clockwork mod backup when i am on a rooted N7000 Firmware. then the phone turns out to be rooted, but back on N7000B which will not let me Update OTA (its a GB Backup)
Is there anyway to just plain and simple flash this rom backup with Odin, so it will not be rooted when i am on the stock rom?
tl;dr how to flash a CWM backup with Odin
pic related, it's the backup
How to restore Back UP from CWM Backup
If you have a safe custom kernel with cwm, then restore your backup using cwm, not using odin
first go to recovery mod , select backup and restore, select restore from external/internal storage where you have backed up your rom.
after successful complete , reboot
done, now you will be having your original back up of rom

i understand this, and i know that i will be on a stock N7000B rom.. but it will still be rooted, and the ability to update with OTA or Kies will be revoked.
i want to flash the CWM backup using ODIN so i will not be rooted anymore.
Baseband
Share your Baseband info/device info Screen Shot and tell me how you rooted your phone and installed cwm

does this suffice? http://i.imgur.com/VFQeX.png
this is a stock N7000 GB rom
not N7000B
and it is currently rooted with Odin, by flashing CF-Root-SGN_XX_SER_LA6-v5.0-CWM5.tar
Download Stock rom from Sammobile.com and flash via PC odin

I've actually seen that website, the N7000B rom is for the Vodafone model not the telstra one.

Not much you can do to fix it yourself without a backup of your EFS, sadly. If its recently bought (still within warranty period), you might try flashing stock firmware via Odin followed by resetting the flash counter using (for both) the Unified Android Toolkit (from SkipSoft):
Code:
h ttp://skipsoft.net/?wpdmpro=wpdmpro&download=28
and then send the device back for warranty.
Your stock firmware info is:
Model: GT-I8190N
Model name: GALAXY S III mini
Country: Czech Republic (O2C)
Version: Android 4.1.2
Changelist: 1281031
Build date: Thu, 04 Jul 2013 04:59:27 +0000
Product Code: O2C
PDA: I8190NXXAMG1
CSC: I8190NO2CAME1
MODEM: I8190NXXAMG1
and can be found and downloaded here:

Your baseband is still showing as "unknown", try flashing stock rom (this one) with Odin, but be cautious if youre not 100% sure how to.

Note: Once Odin finishes flashing, the phone might boot into recovery mode (since you have custom recovery), in this case you might be aksed to update a package, where if you agree and press YES stock recovery will be installed, if you chose NO you will keep your custom recovery.
