Come on man! The 4.4.3 discussion thread is right up there as a sticky... As for the update, we don't know as we can't predict the future!

anytime between now and dec 31
Thread closed, as stated above, there is already a discussion thread. Continue on that :good:

Looking for devs to help me make android 4.3 boot up! I have the early release, so I'm looking for help.
All helpers shall be credited where needed!
Thanks!
Paul.
Thread Closed. Not only has Android 4.3 Source has not been released, but it also has not even been officially announced by Google yet!
The "ROM" the OP may refer to might just be pulling apks from leaked ROMs and thus not being true Android 4.3 as it doesn't have the code changes.
Side note - I had to clean up a couple of posts in this thread that were abusive. Please be nice to your fellow XDA members
Thanks for your coop

Is it possible to root the Android L Dev Preview?
Why don't you read the official discussion thread, or any of the 'L' threads in Android Development forum instead of creating a thread asking a question that's been answered at least 300 times today.. In the wrong section, no less?
I'd start there...
actually, it can now. heres a temporary way to get root while we are waiting for supersu to get updated http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53704549&postcount=765
Its kinda weird tho....I try helium and it made my phone reboot and do the "upgrading apps thing again" and because of art that takes a while.
Thread Closed and see post #3 of this thread....
This thread is place where developers can discuss and help each other to successfully port Android L (preview) version on our device.
Any spam, and unnecessary off topic posts shall be reported.
Thank you all.
Current status: Porting in progress.
With all due respect, our discussions are in hangouts so this thread is not necessary

Yes. Just updates on the OP will be enough for us to keep calm & wait for devs to do their magic

It means that the update is in currentig status? Or the developer write the progress of porting in this thread?
you all will get it running on the n4, itll just take a little time to get a kernel working with it, and drivers. but thats not what i really wanted to say. ive had it on my n5 twice now, and its nice. but one thing every single n5 user will tell you, its buggy as heck!
Yeah I have it on my nexus 7 its neat but wouldn't flash it on my nexus 4.
This was off topic and I can't seem to delete this oh well. Apologies
This thread isn't needed. Please use one of the established "L" threads.
Thread closed.
simple as that.

The answer to your question in the "Android M"-thread. But you have to be patient. It is a bit more complicated without offical binaries for Android Marshmallow.
Thread not needed, please talk about Android M here:

I know there is a thread in general that someone started a month or so ago but that thread has turned into a Q and A thread for a "this" and "that" thread and not so much a discussion thread for 6.0.1 for the "I" version. With that said my question is, would anyone else like a thread just for discussion of the OTA update for said device where people discuss what is new, what they do like, what they do not like, and maybe workarounds?
