I've been trying to get this to work properly but haven't been able to get it working. I can get PST to startup but I can't get it fullscreen nor does the game actually play. It gets stuck in the loading screen.
Gemrb can also play BG I, II and IWD I, & II. Has anyone gotten any of the games to work with their flex?
If you have any of those games and are interested in playing on your mobile, download this free google play app and then play with the configuration (like I'm doing). Hopefully someone else will have better luck than I.

Is there any way I can get asphalt 5 working on the slide? My sister has a g2 and she has the game and its my favorite android game yet, but the slides screen isn't the right size or something to play it. Is there some way I can play it?

Not really, sorry bud. You can mess with the pixel density on your phone a bit to try to get it to fit, but it'll never be perfect. You can find it in build.prop and just push.
Tried changing density but couldnt get it to work, one thing about changing density that I thought was weird is that the rom manager app's icon changes. Its so wierd lol!
The game makers are too lazy to make a lower res one, only asphalt 3 was made for our res. here are racing games that work on the Slide:
-NFS shift
-reckless racing
-raging thunder 1/2

hey dude i have a LOT of games (HD) working on my slide! just go to this site and download freely! None of these are viruses i have downloaded the vast majority of them, played them, and can verify functionality! word of caution, though, i STRONGLY recommend you have either a Froyo or Sense rom with data2ext (i use 3rd Sense Rom in the devs forums) becuz for some odd reason, CyanogenMod will not run them. for example, on Sims 3, i tried running it, and it would show the little EA logo w/ the (sims) diamond above it, and just exit to the homescreen! no force close message or anything! but anyways the games on this site were resized to HVGA (mytouch slide sized) screens and, like i sed, fully functioning! all you need is a mouse and a web browser that translates the page (i.e. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.) have fun with your new games
I tried Quake and Toonwarz, but couldn't get them to work correctly (control error in Quake, nothing happening in Toonwarz). Are there any FPS games that work? My son's birthday is Saturday and I would like to give him his gift with at least one FPS game in addition to the other cool stuff that's there...
The PSX emu works and I've played a few games on there.
Other than that, I haven't tried any FPS games.

Most of the Gameloft games work, but only via black market outlets, and/or from various devices Moto Sholes, Tab. Ive tested Nova, Brothers in Arms 2, Modern Combat, Asphalt, Need For Speed (wow!), Hawx, Dungeon Hunter...
All work for the most part with minimal cut screen glitches where scale issues show.
Did you do anything special to get dungeon hunter to work?
Mine just keeps fc'ing on me. I transferred and installed the apk from my copy on Droid 2 (which I got during the free day). What else do I need to do?

I couldn't get Let's Golf to open for me.
Most Droid or Tab versions of games seem to be working mostly for the NC.. Just played Madden 11 demo (off Droid X game dl). Not too shabby of a game.

Is it possible to download apk's directly to the NC sd card or internal memory from the browser? I don't see any settings that allow you to choose a download destination.
Also how do you clear browser history? No options for this in default browser.
I use Firefox for Android, and I think it's possible there.

I noticed in the sticky that someone had listed BIA2 as working on the GTab. I'm able to buy from the Gameloft site, but I've tried two versions of BIA2 and while they both load (and download data) and then go into the game, they end up all whites and polygons... you can play, but you're definitely not going to enjoy the scenery.
I've tried the Droid X version and the one of the Samsung versions (can't remember which right now).
Any idea which version would be compatible, or due to Tegra 2, none will be?
It's not the Galaxy tab version...I tried that with Sandstorm and it's just showing a force close. I'm starting to reach my budgeted limit of experimentation, so hopefuly someone can help...

I just figured this out thought I would share it if you open these links in your android's web browser and hold down on the flash you can make the games full screen and play almost as if they were an app takes a bit to load but works good unfortunately some of these may not save. So far Plants VS Zombies has resumed for me after it loaded and I clicked play.
Requires Flash and Firefox 4 Mobile will not work!!

Unfortunately the other games on popcap don't seem to be flash so you can't directly play them on android unless someone knows a way to extract them from the site like this.

Yes you do need flash for it to work also apparently saving does work on Plants vs Zombies I haven't really tested the others too much except bejeweled 3 works good I know I just extracted the exact address to the swf files and posted their links. Hopefully you guys all figured out how to get it to go full screen!
Is there a list of apps and games that work in 3D? I didnt think I would really use the 3D side of the phone that much but I find myself being drawn to it more and more.
I just cant seem to find more content for it..
LG SmartWorld app has a 3D Zone with games and movies (shorts are more like it). I haven't tried any games from there though.
I started a tread a while back in the "Apps" section, but thus far, those are the only "real 3D" apps found.
