i have htc one 802w ... how can i change blinkfeed to english...currently its in chinese.... i cant get other news feeds...confined to chinese feeds....

i am from india i got the Htc one 802w unlocked phone from eBay India... Every thing is prefect but the blinkfeed Showing in Chinese Language ... i have done all s-off root bootloader unlock.. Now can anyone tell me how to chnage language in blinkfeed from Chinese to English

Can you help me to find a ROM (Eastern Europe ROM) with Romanian language in it?
