Hello.
When I was using Omni Rom, there was an option of automatic phone unlocking after typing proper code (without pressing "ok" button).
Is there any option to do the same on stock 4.3 rom?
Cheers

Is it possible for anyone to create a mod that lets you enter your pin or password and don't have to press enter. It is kind of annoying to have to keep pressing it all the time. You are in a hurry to use your phone then you have to stop and press enter. ViperOne has this in their rom, why can't everyone benefit for their favorite rom
Those who upgraded their phone to Android 5 Lollipop are encoutering problems that their phone can't detected by computer when they choose dm+modem mode. The last three options in *#0808#.
This is because Samsung Locked it.
Last week I found in the internet a simple method to unlock it.
I was able to use dm+modem+adb mode to unlock my phone using z3x box.
Here is the way to unlock it:
Turn off your phone
Press volume up at the same time press the home button.
Without releasing the two buttons phone turn the phone on.
You will enter the original recovery of the phone.
You will be seeing one choice their written: Enable CP.
Use volume button to move to it and use power button to select it.
Then turn on your phone and open the *#0808# then choose the methode you need.
When you connect your phone with computer it will automatically detect and download software.
............. When I upgraded to Lollipop 5.0 I found that Google Maps will open and show where I am but when I start to move the GPS loses connection. As long as I am stationary its fine but Navigation will not follow me anymore. I have tried downgrading to NCE using Odin, muniz_ri guide in General Forum, then checked and it didn't work so Upgraded to 5.0 with ROOT and checked but still didn't work then tried Twi5ted v6 - TMS 1.0-1.1 then Alliance 8 and now at TMS 2.O.. Did a clean install everytime but it never worked. I did a search and only found 1 thread and the guy was able to fix it with a clean flash but unfortunately I have tried 10 of them without a fix. ..... Just asking if anyone has any ideas because I can use my AT&T insurance but I really am nervous that they will give me a new phone already on 5.0 so I won't be able to ROOT it. Anyone have an idea? I am literally lost ...........
I did a clean install. I start from NCE, 5.0 lolipop and then install TMC 2.0. I know my GPS works well because when I was on stocked rooted 5.0 , it works. I was using the GPS while driving. Its dead on accurate. This rom cause lost GPS signal. My brother is on Alliance rom and also have lost GPS signal. Im going to flash back to Stock rooted 5.0.
From the TMS5 dev thread
Here is the fix for the GPS issue , which is why I was trying to get the menu working in 2.0.
For now you will have to flash back to lollipop stock rooted to perform this fix.
has anyone tried

Reflash the firmware to your phone again but this time go into odin settings and uncheck auto reboot and after odin is successful hold down the power button and the volume down button at the same exact time until the screen turns off and when it comes back on use the volume down button to select/highlight factory reset and then tap the home button to continue.. It should work after that.
I recently tried to update my P9 to Android 7 using a tutorial from HTC Mania which has worked for many people on that forum. The phone was branded (Movistar, Spain). After following all the steps I ended up with a de-branded phone but it was still EMUI 4.1.1 Marshmallow. It says I have HW EU but the Kernel is: C900B181 Build No: EVA-L09C432B181.* Where have I gone wrong.* I was advised to post the question here by HTC Mania (KrAzYtHeBoY). Vendor info states: Vendor and country file does not exist. Any help would be appreciated.

For the above. Did you flash the c432oeminfo.zip(spelt something like that) in recovery? If not then the custid is probably mismatching with the firmware causing a number of software related issues.
Yes. Here are the steps I followed after unlocking the bootloader and installing TWRP. It's a translation from Spanish but in think you'll get the gist.
1. we will need unlocked Bootloader, TWRP Custom Recovery and be in Android 6.0
2. Download oeminfo_c432.zip and copy the .zip to the phone's internal memory
3. Download the official Firmware C432B136 extract the "dload" folder and copy it to the microSD external memory (memory is not worth)
4. We turn off the phone and disconnect the USB cable
5. Turn on by pressing and holding "POWER" + "Volume up" when you leave the logo Huawei release "POWER" and keep "Volume up" until the logo 'TWRP-Team Win'
6. Touch "Install" and select the file "oeminfo_c432.zip" zip and slide for flashing.
7. If everything is OK and not given any error we will continue.
8. let TWRP main menu and touch in "Reboot > Power OFF" to turn off the terminal
9. With the terminal off, press all at the same time "volume up" + "Volume down" + "Power" until that is installing the firmware (and we can now release the buttons)
* we will see a screen with red letters warning, not do case and keep the keys, volume up and volume down until you see the screen "EMUI" installing the update.
10. correct once the installation will proceed to update to the C432B182
starting we will ask to do a "Factory Reset", we do "Factory Reset" and turn on the phone.
To know that CUST is the correct open Phone Dialer and mark: * #* #2846579 #* #*
should appear: Vendor: hw / Country: Eu
Note: to flashing official firmware of Huawei the BOOTLOADER will be blocked and the TWRP is lost. (go to the developer options and disable "enable OEM unlock" so that all this 100% of manufactures.
I should also say that after I had finished it did show Vendor: HW/Country: EU but after doing a factory reset the phone seemed to be bricked, being in a loop where I was asked to enter my password to decrypt the phone and it just kept saying 'Decryption unsuccessful. Eventually after trying different button press combinations I got the phone to boot. Also, what is B181, I can't find any mention of that build anywhere?. Do I need to start again from the beginning? I new to all this so thank you for your patience.

Thanks. My phone was de-branded when used the tutorial from HTC Mania, but presumable it won't hurt to follow your recommendation from the beginning? Also fastboot states that the bootloader is unlocked but you think it may be locked from when I flashed the incorrect firmware?
