Are there any ROM's out for the Droid Bionic that actually have a reliably working video camera that will record 1080p?
I have tried every current ROM to date (4.2.2 & 4.3) and not had any luck recording 1080p video with any camera app.
I am only able to get 1080p video recordings with 4.1.2 ROMs and under.
I have tried LGcamera and can only get 1280x720 video at best.
Am I overlooking a good 3rd party camera app that has this functionality?

I've tried about 8 different cameras using the same ROM with the same results, none will record in 1080 although the 720 looks ok for most situations that I need.
I have noticed that the stock camera app doesn't have the ability to modify the resolution of the photos and/or video.
When sending an MMS the phone doesn't appear to have a problem, but basically every video is captured at 1080P and won't send, and I have tried loading the GPE Camera and a video at 480P also fails to be able to be sent over MMS. Is there a way we can fix this, or does anyone else have a similar issue?
I know that iPhone have this feature. User can instantly switching between front and rear camera to record video. Don't get confuse with dual camera mode, which records video on one file with thumbnail within. A friend of mine was wondering if the Note 3 have this feature or not. I tried to google around but it seems to me that this feature does not exist at all. Can a user on Note 3 record a video via rear camera and instantly switch to front camera and record video? Does anyone know if there is some sort of app to do that? Thanks in advance.

I've faced an issue about camera on my device. While recording a video inside of instagram camera at night, I see a lot of freezing and low fps. There is no such a thing in stock camera app. What is this? Why it's lagging? Does anybody know the cause and solution?
Instagram's camera is pure crap. Use your normal Nokia or Google camera and upload the video.
Has anyone got info about the complete lack of autofocus when you record on 120fps. Also do we have option for record in 60fps?
