Are you rooted? If you are, try install from custom recovery a stock launcher or a different one if you're rooted with a custom recovery.
Hope that helps

Are you using stock ROM? If so, which firmware version do you use now? Are your devices rooted? Is it odex or de-odex?

Yes, i am rooted. I am on monxDIFIED ★ Honam1Z™ (442.757) BEST AROMA [v06-02].
Can you link me to the flashable zip of stock launcher?

monxDIFIED installer is flashable zip formated, which is you can flash this installer through recovery such as CWM. If you have the installer, just flash the package through recovery, wipe cache + dalvik cache, and reboot your device. If you lost the installer, get it here
I'm using odex ROM, which mean it won't be compatible with your ROM (even we're on the same stock ROM). Using other flashable deodex system is not recommended since you're using Modded Stock ROM, which mean you might lost some feature from monxDIFIED ROM.

Already tried bro, no luck.
EDIT: It was an xposed module, which was causing this. Uninstalling the module, fixed the problem.

Take a logcat when xposed installer Fc, then upload it here. @rovo89 will analyze the problem & hope he can give you a solution.
Hey I just found a solution.
Uninstall Xposed.
Download Xposed Installer from online.
Install it.
Go into Settings.
Then Apps.
Scroll ---> (right) until you get to the "All" tab.
Scroll down until you get to Xposed Installer and click on it.
Press the "Clear cache" button.
Now go into your apps drawer and open the Xposed installer app.
It should now open.
Hope this works. It worked for me.
tried the cache clear but I get the error
x App not installed
An existing package by the same name with a conflicting signature is already installed.
Ive tried deleting and reinstalling but get the same error when I try to install the 'app update' it says is available.
Im using the foxhound latest rom on an s4

And what would "this rom" be? Crystal balls are in short supply.
If you're ROM is stock it can literally take up to or over ten minutes to boot. You haven't provided any useful information though so we really can't tell what's going on.

Won't Install on Nexus 5

I have a complete stock Nexus 5 aside from TWRP and rooted, but my phone won't get past the boot screen on Nexus 5. I tried twice and it was stuck on the voot screen for five minutes both times. All I did was flash the zip file. Am I doing something wrong??
Try wiping cache & dalvik
Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Free mobile app
Same here, even after the dalvik cache wipe

Yep I tried that, same results. Just won't work.
Disable zip file signature verification
What if you try to disable "Zip file signature verification" in recovery before flashing?
It worked for me

In my case it was already disabled, still wont work.
I also tried to set selinux to permessive, still refuses to boot.

I'd try that now but it's just not worth the trouble of sitting through a backup, then having to restore from a backup if it doesn't work.
[EDIT] I just checked and it was already disabled.
I have the same issue on my Nexus 7
Anyone have any suggestions? I'm on the newest version of TWRP.
I even did a factory reset. Flashed TWRP and SuperSU again. Tried flashing Xposed, still just sits there booting.
Tried to install zip file with the xposed framework lollipop on my note 3 sm9005 but it bricked. How do I install it properly? And yes it's rooted.

i just received an update for SuperSU (v2.46, it's in a staged roll-out, but you can download it and install it manually from recovery, here's the link http://download.chainfire.eu/696/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.46.zip
After updating SuperSU app, and the process from the app I tried reinstalling xposed and the magic was done, no more bootlops!
Try it, maybe this will fix it for you too!

after uptading the apk start the SuperSU app and it will ask you to update the process (at least in italian he calls it "processo", dont know if the correct translation is process, but anyway, update the apk, open it, and it will ask you to update something )

I just said it didn't work.
Tried flashing Xposed with the latest CWM recovery, in case it was something with TWRP. Didn't work either.
Finally got it working! Well at least it's not bootlooping, that is. Took having to manually install the factory image through fastboot but at least it's booting now and showing the android is upgrading screen.
Everything working fine now. Got Gravity Box installed! Finally, woohoo!

Xposed framework

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone could tell me how to install xposed. I have the 3.0 installer that I can install and the 78-sdk22-arm I can flash in recovery but I'm not sure what to do with the xposedbridgeApi. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Pete
Install the Xposed.zip through recovery.. then proceed to install the xposed apk after reboot. thats it.
Thanks for the response. If I install the zip first in recovery then the apk I can't get the framework to install. If I install the apk first then the zip in recovery I get stuck in a bootloop. Any thoughts thanks Pete.

the zip file you first installed is the framework itself. the apk is for the modules etc.. as long as the apk is installed and it says that xposed version 78 is installed. you're good to go.
If you have not installed a custom rom with root, you need to temp root with Kingroot before installing the apk.

Thanks for your help. I did get xposed installed and downloaded gravity box for lp but I wound up in a soft brick. I'm not sure if the stock rom plays well with xposed. I might try it again when I have some time. Pete.
I was going to flash the zip with TWRP. Do we flash xposed-v78-sdk22-arm.zip or ...arm64.zip?

You need root firstly. After root you need to install a custom recovery because to install xposed on your phone you need 2 files.
You can only install a custom recovery when your phone is rooted.
Your 2 files for xposed are:
1. The installer which is an apk and can be installed within Android.
2. The framework for your Android version and the CPU you are currently using. This is a zip file and can only be installed with a custom recovery.
Good luck

Get XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk and xposed-v79-sdk22-arm.zip
After then install and flash them. and.. profit!
PS. Xposed installer can't install its framework itself on both LP and M. You need to flash it on recovery.

Yep, the SU must be installed before in that ROM, is a bug. Usually it must be installed after but in this case not.
