Hi everybody,
I look up the app build for the smartwatch of sony, they are good apps :angel: !!!! but when I send these apps to my galaxy gear, it's not working !!!!!
Do anyone know why ?
How can I make it works ?

Because they are made for a different watch. Would you try to put a Skoda engine in a Ferrari? Use some common sense.

But ..... I already installed some programs made for mobile into my galaxy gear ... "es explorer", "doodle jump", "bubble breaker", "silent camera", "jewels", "gyro", .........
So, why can I install some programs from mobile but not from an other watch ??
Inside it is android for both !

And there you are wrong! Sony Smart Watch doesnt run android.
Its an own made OS by Sony .

Do you mean nfc android beam ? Like hold 2 galaxy s3 and each other touch the back, and then file will be transfer ?

no bro i know what nfc mean but i mean to send apps useing wifi direct
if you have any samsung device use it and try to send any app or file you will see that you can send useing wifi direct

I had to reboot the watch at first or Mini Gallery would crash. Try rebooting the watch.

Start with "Gear Manager", then select "Samsung Apps", then select "Utilities" You'll find it there.

It was slow the first time, must have to cache the phones locally much faster after that.

Or just tell me the way to unlock the Samsung apps to be able to show all apps and not restricted to any country..

i found "Mini Gallery" in the Samsung app on Note 3, download it, got text "show app in GEAR administrator" pressed and found it in "my programs / installed" as Mini Gallery. There is no tool / wheel behind Mini Gallery,here ? as in the other originally Gallery. So nothing to set. I rebooted Note 3 and rebooted also GEAR, but nothing helps, I can still only see, on the GEAR, those 3 images i photographed with the GEAR, no pictures from Note 3 gallery. I need help !!
I just tried a bunch of sound effect apps and these 3 worked for me:
Peanut Gallery (multi sound great layout for the gear)
The real Drama Button (One button Baa baa baa!)
OMG! Button multi sound not so great layout)

Its already in this forums its called ATN Manager and work not just for whatsapp but a lot others

Just purchased a Gear to go with my S4, it does not seem to be receiving any notifications, email etc.
Can anyone help please, is there a step by step idiots guide out there

Have you installed the gear manager?

1. install gear manager. You can find it on samsung.com or in the samsung apps on your s4
2. try to connect the gear
3. ones connected, look if all the notifications are enabled in gear manager on your s4.
4. If 1-3 is done, and still no notifications, your phone or your gear has a problem. But i think, it will not be the case.
And make sure that your screen is off when the notification comes in or it won't go through to the gear

No use. You still need touchwiz
Samsung Gear
I did it with the Touchwiz probiert.Es go since only the functions as in the Nova launcher.
The contact list, call history, photos and video go.
unfortunately the weather dates is not displayed.
Also there is no way Whatsapp add to it.
I use the custom firmware: Elegancia 19

I noticed it did get removed already, and want to ask if anyone knows why Samsung does this? There have been other apps up for a very short time, and then they are gone.

Sometimes they are only available to certain models. Other times, perhaps it is buggy?

Yes, install on your phone and it'll do the rest. (Make sure you also have the normal turnbyturn app installed)
