★About Theme Chooser★
One of my favorite things to do on Android is use the T-Mobile Theme Chooser to change the look of my phone. With a
few simple clicks you can alter things like the notification pulldown bar, toast notifications, check boxes, and button
colors.
Because this is something so powerful (and empowering to the user), I want to clear up any misconceptions anyone had
about the Theme Chooser, so join me after the break for a primer on what it is, when you can use it, and why you
should.
Not just for T-Mobile
This might sound kind of ridiculous, but the T-Mobile Theme Chooser doesn't only work on T-Mobile phones. The app
gained it's moniker because T-Mobile actually designed the app. Fortunately, they did it openly and for the community,
not to gain leverage for their own phones.
It gained popularity because it got packaged in a little custom ROM you might have heard of called CyanogenMod . With
open code and wide distribution in a popular ROM, themers got right to work and have created oodles of themes that
work in conjunction with the Theme Chooser.
Root-only access
Speaking of CyanogenMod, well, it's something you need to be rooted to flash. The Theme Chooser is actually no
different and requires that you have root, too.
If that sounds redundant, it probably is. But when you get to talking about theming things on your phone, the first
assumptions might be that we're doing something in ADW or LauncherPro Plus.
However, the parts of your phone that'll be themed using a Theme Chooser theme are far outside the realm of what ADW
or LauncherPro Plus can do. Because we're not limited to simple icons and can actually theme parts of the whole system,
Theme Chooser themes go much deeper and thus, are root-only.
Theme Chooser ≠ ADW Themes
When you use something like an ADW or LauncherPro Plus theme, changing your icons is probably the extent of what
you'll get. You'll probably also get something like an included custom wallpaper, and maybe something for the main
dock (and in the case of ADW, the hidden dock, too).
Themes written for the Theme Chooser can change (or theme) icons, but there's much more to it than that.
The biggest appeal of the Theme Chooser is that it can change things on your phone like system colors throughout the
entire experience. For example, the Tangerine theme I'm using right now makes the colors of everything orange,
especially evident in the notification pulldown bar icons.

Note: Launcherpro stock icons have been themed for presentation.
It is still not fully complete, however. The most common apps are also going to be themed too. Check back for updates!

Would it be possible to add color settings for the theme so ppl could use a gradient chart to select a color? I like the theme so far, especially the status bar icons, but also like matching theme colors to my wallpapers. Great job and I look forward to future updates!

if i find enough demand, i might release different colored variations. however, at the moment, i can't promise adding color settings. i'll put it on my to do list though
Oh god now I'm imagining re making every image as a drawable vector so the colors can be changed out.

Amazing theme! A few issues though:
The facebook widget is extremely difficult to read, you can't read anyones status as the writing is black on a black background.
Pull down notification bar writing is sometimes hard to read as well as it is black, maybe making it lighter?
Anyway, great theme thanks.

did you reboot after applying the theme? a reboot will fix that.

Thank you my good man! Haha I still need to get my cup of coffee I love the theme! IMO, its the best of all of them. Keep up the great work! On menu selects, do you plan on making that green too? The notifications are a little difficult to read to. If you could make the font a bit lighter, that would be amazing. Thanks!

As you should know not each launchers supports transparent statusbar, but if we will use MultiPicture Live Wallpaper we can get transparent statusbar using any launcher so I added wallpaper.png to the pack.

Great work as always =p, although I don't really like the miui ui in general (which is why I flashed back to cm7 after 2 days haha) but that's just me, nice work man.

for the calendar i knoq. it's very hard to theme and i will try to complete!

hi, the text is white but some roms have different values and i forgot to push the fix on this theme. just wait this days i will fix it will let you know here!
dear dev, can you try make another theme with this #FFFF4444 colour code instead of the old great blue? the blue is kinda boring dont you think.. but stick with your dust thing.

I love the look of the matte gray color!
Two suggestions:
Why are you using a black background for the top of the notification area (clock and date) as well as for notifications and the quick settings panels? It would look much better with a darker grayish color.
Would be great to have a themed keyboard as well.
Again, thank you for all your effort. You created something great and it's already my new standard theme.

yeah, but unfortunately now i am very busy with university and i don't have time to make a new theme from scratch. i will just fix problems in my themes and make new themes only changing backgrounds (i have already a base theme that i made for my use and so it is very fast to do)

Two suggestions:
Why are you using a black background for the top of the notification area (clock and date) as well as for notifications and the quick settings panels? It would look much better with a darker grayish color.
Would be great to have a themed keyboard as well.

you mean the background of apps? it is only a color from paint.net not a wallpaper if you want pm me and i will send the texture to you!

Well, it seems a little disoriented to put the same theme name like mine is, and my really is based on android L (lollipop we think), and yours doesnt have anything related to L release but nice work, i really like the keyboard.

the attached is the same with the file on play store
difference is attached file will not get the auto update,you need download and reinstall the apk update file

Could you change a cyrillic fonts please? It looks strange.
Very creative and beautiful looking theme! There are a few bugs I'd like to point, if you don't mind:
If you enable wi-fi, bluetooth or dev settings the toggle background "disappears";
settings / about phone / status is black (and so are the IMEI and SIM Status submenus);
settings / more / cell broadcasts is not themed;
settings / privacy / whisper push is not themed;
settings / gestures is not themed;
the icons in privacy guard are "wrong" for the enabled apps;
the pop-up notification frame is not correctly sized.
Please have a look at the screenshots.
One bug i found : if you locked your screen using PIN with scrambled layout, the letters aren't following the scrambled numbers position.
That is one bug i noticed. Anyway, thanks for the great work.
