So i can copy those gamesaves to safe place then after i reinstall the game i paste them in the game root
And as my bad luck i didnt backed up the game

I downloaded APK Manager from here...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=695701
then based on what ibrickeditithink stated (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...postcount=2602) I pulled apart two game apk files, angry birds and fruit ninja (since I know that one works) and looked for differences that I could comprehend.
My best guess effort was that fruit ninja had this listed in their android Manifest.xml file
android:installLocation="auto"
whereas angry birds said something about installing to external card only. I figured since the mapping was messed up on our tablets that this would be a good place to start so I modified the xml file, used the APK manager to repackage it and pushed it though adb install to my gtab. it installed succesfully and there was an icon in my launcher for angry birds, i clicked it to open the file and my screen went blank and I could hear the music for angry birds but no video. I had to hit the back button to exit the game.
I'm not a programmer (not since q-basic anyways) so seeing as how I was already in over my head I decided to try again another day but i kept all the exploded files for both games to compare again in the future. Maybe somebody with some actual knowledge can step in at this point and fix that last little bit that is killing the video?

I might be able to get away with posting the androidmanifest.xml but I think posting the entire apk might go against forum rules. Although being a free app it might not apply, any mods want to clarify this?
rename the extension on this file from .zip to .xml before you re-package, you'll notice I also changed the allow ads value to false from true.
I am curious if the music is "in game" or just music when the game first loads. It could be the reason for no video is that it is trying to pull data from where the game expects to see it, but can not.
That, or Tegra 2 and Angry Birds are not video friendly.
Could be that the header fixes install problems but Tegra 2 is still an issue.
I'm pretty sure it's because it doesn't have Tegra support yet. I got these errors from logcat:
E/linker ( 4764): bionic/linker/linker.c:693| WARNING: `/data/data/com.rovio.angrybirds/lib/libangrybirds.so` is not a prelinked library
E/linker ( 4764): 895 mapping library 'libangrybirds.so' at 80800000 (index 00000008) through buddy allocator.
The library folder has two ARM folders inside, each with a libangrybirds.so file.
Changing the storage location does solve the problem installing it, however. The lack of Tegra support seems to be why no video shows.
help, i cant find angry bird game for winmo, please help..and post any links that u know about any .cab games for winmo
You cant find it?:O Strange. Did you even search the web if a WM version of angry birds even exists? I think it doesnt. and dont ask for an android emulator to run android version of the game. Face it. X2 the lames phone there is.
Well, thats a shame, since windows mobile is still averagely used now..not everyone can afford to change for a new phone each and every time the technology is outdated..sorry for my bad english
try google for huff & puff. its pretty close to angry birds.
check it on mobile9 i found it
Which angry birds are you looking for?
There is no .cab file for angry birds, but you can instal a .jar file.
The Problem is, the game is not for 480x800 resolution, so it won't run Full screen.
This is the best version for xperia X2 i found until now. I hope I could help you a little bit

Well, still many people using window mobile.. they are excellent with wifi almost as good as a laptop
Android couldnt catch wifi signal as good and most oftenly lost signal. I dont think Angry bird should be the main reason to get a new phone. Just get ipod touch or Galaxy player.
hi,
I know this too old to up this case again.
but, may be this info useful to someone.
I've long time ago install game that -pretty much similiar with angry bird- for my phone (windows mobile 6.5, wvga).
the cons of this game only: no sound at all. I'm not sure the game whether freeware or shareware, but I got when I bought the phone.
so, if allowed by moderator to upload the game, I'll upload later.
does somebody know when or how we can play gameloft HD games on our O2X?
i bought 2 games Dugeon Hunter 2 and Star Batallion the games seems to start up but then the games crashes or sometime's the game start but the then i'm missing parts of the screen or i can't use on screen navigation.
Did you restore your apps/data with TB by any chance? I've found a bunch of games will FC after doing that for some reason. Uninstall, re-install and see if they'll load then.
Just tried a fresh install of Let's Golf and it loads fine.
yes i did. did a fresh install and it works again :d thnx
So.. I have my SGM With CyanogenMOD 7.2.0 RC5.3. Recently, I installed the game Dungeon Defenders: Second Wave and downloaded all the content inside the game in order to play. I realized that the game was running kinda slow in the Main Menu (That didn't sorprise me at all, because it is a SMG) but when I created the character and started the tutorial, the game was very slow.. Super Slow.. So i decided to install ChainFire 3D and try again with each plugin (Nvidia, Powervr and QualCOMM), but that didn't help.
Alright, here comes the question:
Is there anyone who might have played this game in a SGM without problems? In the case there is.. how? xD I mean.. I know that this smartphone is not an iPhone, but I wish to know a way
I recently updated Temple Run 2 to v140 and I had problems where in any of the map that I tried to run in there were no coins and parts of the environment were missing.Luckily I could find a site that had the last version of Temple Run 2 and had to sideload it as I did not want to loose my 200 day running streak...I don't have that much data per month but come on Imangi?? WTH? Don't you test your game before releasing it?
Luckily I could carry on from where I had last got to in the game with regards to score, amounts of coins, latest global challenge,etc...I know from the past that they don't seem to care about replying to problems in the game so I am posting my problem\s here in the hope someone can get their attention so they can fix the bugs as I don't want to miss out on the next global challenge as it will be the ones to get the Halloween characters and I don't want to miss out on that like I did last year.
A while ago I discovered that the save game no longer is stored in the com.imangi.templerun2 folder which I am not happy at all because of the problem what happens when I move over to a new phone? I rarely play games on my phone that I can't back up the save game and Temple Run 2 is one of those that really is fun to play in but is really getting tired because of the constant updates and downloads,etc.....
I just moved over to a Samsung S4 mini but Cloneit can't move over the settings and savegame files over to my new phone. Is there a way someone could create a savegame back up app like the Angry Birds savegame back up app that was available a while ago?
I was lucky to find a copy of the Angry Birds savegame back-up\restore app which I can back up\restore my Angry Birds savegames so it must be possible to create a savegame app that can back up\restore savegames for games like Temple Run 2,Robot Unicorn Attack 2,etc... as I would like to be able to carry on playing those games on my new phone but can't as I can't back up my savegames and that means having to start the game from the beginning... :crying:
I don't know how long I will be able to play Temple Run 2 until I won't be able to update the app or download the latest daily\weekly challenges,etc... on my old Samsung S3 mini. :crying:
Does anyone know if the savegames for these two games's savegame saved in the internal storage or the app's protected storage? Breakneck and Redline:Rush
Thanks.
I have some good news. I updated Temple Run 2 and it seems that they fixed the game.... I signed in the game to my account and it restored most of my savegame for Temple Run 2.Unfortunately my 5300000 coins,6100 gems and 207 daily streak are gone..... :'( Only still there on my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. Why I don't know which is why Imangi must have a savegame back-up feature in the settings for the game so we can back-up the savegame offline as well as online so that all of my progress is kept and we won't loose any progress, amount of coins, gems and daily streak,etc... and that I can just carry on on my new phone after downloading the latest version from the Google Play store.
I would love to get my 5 3000 000 coins,6100 gems and 207 day+daily streak back on my Samsung S4 mini new phone!I don't care if the savegame is encrypted to prevent cheating,etc... as I just want to be able to back up my savegame. That is all.
I tried the Angry Birds savegame backup but for some reason it can't restore the savegames as it doesn't have permission for the associated savegame file for each Angry Birds game... eg. for Angry Birds Rio it says the following:
File check failed
Does not have permission to access
application data.
Path:/data/data/com.rovio.angrybirdsrio/
files/highscores.lua
Click to collapse
Does anybody know why that is happening?
If I haven't mentioned so already I did send PikPok a while ago for them to please create a small app to back-up\restore our savegames for their cool games but no response yet.
