May you have deleleted the Baseband? Baseband is not included in the ROM's.
Try to install the Baseband separately via recovery.
Baseband you will find here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2526831

You have to do flash these things before you flash a custom ROM. Go back to stock ROM and restore your backed up folders to avoid a corrupt modemfs or efs folder or maybe a soft brick.
Note : be careful if you do something with your EFS folder. You need this folder for calling, receive SMS, internet, WiFi, Bluetooth, IMEI and serial number.

Hi everyone,
I recently got a i9000 that was on icm via devils kernel. I did a factory reset on the device and think this corrupted the EFS folder as i was given the generic IMEI and had no signal. I flashed back to a stock GB 2.3.5 and managed to get my own IMEI back on the phone. I still however have no signal so wondered what to do next?
Thanks

You won't get your IMEI back by flashing a 3-part-Rom.
What problem with your IMEI do you have? Starting with 004999...?

As I said in the other thread. I don't have stock so I can't giude you.
Look around in the menus, and use the meny key to go back in the service mode.
You will find it. nv rebuild.
---------- Post added at 08:06 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:55 PM ----------
When your nv is rebuild, reboot twice and see if baseband is shown.
Otherwise flash stock rom again, now that nv is rebuild.

If you got backups from cwm or twrp of your /efs and /modem, please restore them.

Ok. Flash a stock rom where everything works.
You can try this one: I8190 серв. укр.rar
It's the most complete rom iv'e seen for i8190. If everything works and you want to flash aokp or cm, just make a factory reset.

Ok, good
Make a backup of your rom. You can also make backups of your apps with titanium backup or similar for easy restoring of your apps.
Flash aokp or whatever you want + gapps, make a factory reset and reboot.
See if that works.
hey bought a Samsung galaxy s3 on ebay, was non rooted working ok when got it was getting signal calls, internet worked.
phone reception cut out when using it on internet browser after having it for about 2 days.
reset phone, no good.
played with sim card did not resolve issue.
replaced sim / simcard card tray, same problem.
then I noticed that my imei for the device was blank as shown in pictures.
so I rooted phone. that was all good, then tried about 4 different ways to try and restore imei and my efs folder. nothing worked for me.
if anyone could plz help that would be awesome!!

yes flashed modem again with cwm rom, booted into recovery tried to flash modem I9305T_DVBLL3.zip.
should I try a different modem ? my phone model is I9305 not I9305T, maybe this is why its not working ??
I have the same situation when went back to 4.3 rom from 4.4 rockyard. Nothing helped. So I restored backup of 4.4... and everything works. I'm currently using this Rom without problems (old rockyard ported from Note).
