hi!
htc made a very nice looking phone but sadly most of us will cover it up with a case.
i have the SGP slim armor but it doesn't feel protective enough.
im thinking of buying a the
Trident Aegis or Incipio Dual PRO Shine,
what do u think? which case is better?
which is lighter and less thick?
thnx

That case is thinner than both your mentioned choices.
The shocksuit is awesome It is slimmer than the trident which is a lint collecter

Don't like any of those or the others suggested... Supcase Unicorn Beetle is all you need. Either the original or the pro, both are great.

I am looking for something similar to an otterbox defender, but not an otterbox. Don't care for their cases, but as an officer, I really do need protection.
Thanks.
Get a UAG case. Its protective and better looking than an Otterbox

Maybe the Seidio Convert case is what you'd be looking for? It's kind of expensive, but looks like it provides a ton on protection.
Edit: Looks like this would work if your duty belt was 1 1/2" or smaller.

I would love to get the UAG, but I need screen protection and from what I see, they do not offer a case like the defender.
It comes with a screen protector.... but also the front lip of the case extends maybe a 1/4 of an inch past the screen to protect from falls, if that's what you mean
I want something with a hard plastic cover for the screen, just like the defender.
I don't have time to look through the patents that they have (76 issues, 70 more pending), but if I recall, having a screen protector built into the case is one of them

depending on which region youre from, with the money you save from buying a UAG instead of an otterbox, you can afford to add a tempered glass screen protector as well, which offers better protection. this is the route i went, still waiting for my clearvue glass screen protector though.
Yeah UAG case is better

If you don't mind about knocked off cases. You can try griffin survivor v2 for note 2. It covers all the ports even the camera and stylus. also have built in screen guard. The built just like defender. 3 layers.
The defender is the only one i have found over a month, that has a built in hard plastic protector
Nothing can compare to defender case...its the best!!

Unfortunately, only the liner on most duty belts is 1.5 inches. The belt itself is 2.5.
But thanks!

That case looks amazing, and it looks like that snap piece that the clip is on could fit onto a large belt.
I have no need for the clip piece, but I may buy one since I am looking for a defender replacement due to the stupid echo. For $20 shipped from China, I might as well get one and put a review up here.
Ordered it, should be here in 6 months or so thanks to china post
Hello I was just looking for a black case that is not too slippery and that is fairly protective with a lip if it is not a a diary or wallet case.

The Duzign case you can purchase from amazon or eBay. One of the least expensive cases I own, but I use it all the time. The case is identical to the Cruzerlite Spi-Force for half the price and the TPU liner is awesome.

When I saw the thread I thought the case was a bit of a gimmick, but once I got myself one from Amazon Warehouse and tried it myself I was surprised how good it is; thin but offers a decent amount of protection, also the grip is much better than say the Diz which I also have
This is the case that I recommend to anyone with the Lg G Flex. Its the Dualpro Shine by incipio. This case fits so perfect on the flex. The curve is perfect, the cutouts are very precise and the case as a whole feels solid. The dualpro offers 2 layers of protection with the soft touch silicon insert and then the hard outer shell looks amazing with the brushed aluminum look. Well here are the pics enjoy!
I've got one coming from Amazon soon; thanks for the pix!:good:

Looks nice. Probably takes away the sexiness of the curve too. hehe I kind of like when people ask me is your phone curved. I'm like no I got mad and bent it. lol
Yup..... that's the one just about every at&t store carries. Got it for like 22bux after discount. Gr8 case, but I find myself using my amzer tpu case most, cause it (amzer) adds almost no bulk....
amazon had it for 16 bux, no tax and free shipping; glad I checked them first!
I dont get a discount at ATT, so I try to avoid them..
Try to get it from www.lg.com/us/mobile-phones/gflex/accessories

What case do you use for Moto G 2015 ?
Still hunting for a decent case in India
...I do not have a Moto G...but a prepare to buy it.
you might also want to add a screen protector for added protection..there are lots of screen protector but some decent brand like Skinomi, iLlumiShield are worth it..
I ordered the otterbox commuter.
good choice..Otterbox commuter is really tough and durable and proven to protect your devices from unusual heavy impact

yeah, otterbox is a good choice.!!
I am still waiting for the Orzly case to arrive but till then I have managed to lay hands on the old is gold transparent TPU case which are not available on Amazon and in local market though the quality is nothing to right home about but for the price who cares use it for a month throw it thats why they are called condom cases
I ordered a white cruzerlite bugdroid.
How to find it?

I buy cheap ebay cases. Works for me. Not buying a slim case this time. There's one i like but the seller only posted photos for older G and other brands, not g3. Waiting for more sellers to post. These cases are cheap on alibaba ~$0.70/each minimum order 100 pieces )))) so i won't be getting a good deal on a case. Ordered cheap screen protectors like i always do for all my devices. They work the best and make the screen usable when i wear polarized sunglasses. The screen is weird with all the lines and dots reflecting in sunlight. Hope a protector will block the glare and digitizer reflection.
update: not buying a cheap case this time. One POS case looks good in picture, turned out to be crap. I'm spending a little more money this time.
I bought a Tudia Ultra Slim off amazon. Will post some pics when it arrives in a week or so.

Is the INCIPIO is good case for Moto G ? http://www.incipio.com/cases/smartp...hone-cases/motorola-moto-g-3rd-gen-cases.html
I suggest you to use otterbox or transparent cover for Moto G! Transparent cover is one of the best cover more than castle cover printed cover.

That's not a hybrid case. Hybrid cases use more than 1 type of material like a polycarbonate back and TPU bumper. The Tech 21 is the thinnest hybrid case I gave so far besidssbrhe Ringke; although the Tech 21 case is taller.

I think the Ringke is the best slim case out there. I currently have it on my s7 edge.

I ordered one, you don't feel the lip as rough? How about feeling the parts where its purposefully cut? I want grip, but will not sacrifice a premium thickness or feel for it. I was thinking this or the Incipio Feather.

My wife tried one on her s7e. This case has a polycarbonate back, which is hard and slippery. Perhaps the back protects better against drops, but it also is going to cause them, too.
She's going to try a TPU back with PC bumper next.
