1. Copy All the necessary files in the SD card :: ROM, Gapps
2. Reboot into recovery (CWM | TWRP) and Make a backup...
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset/Cache partition/ Dalvik cache and format system
4. Install zip from the SD card : ROM and Gapps.
5. reboot and wait until it boots and than select language and go through the setup wizard
6. Enjoy , you are ready to go.....

No, it got stuck on Samsung Splash. Trying out boot.img from carbon rom now, carbon booted for me but had no mobile network, maybe this works for me.
Edit: Carbon boot.img did not work, trying to port over the fixed stuff from mokee to carbon, will report back later.

Sorry mate, forgot to add vendor blobs. New build comin up.
So glad I made a nandroid back up. I got stuck on the boot screen, too.

Got to the home screen of the launcher with no issues so far. There still is no camera app, though. Damn it!

yes, but you have the US TMO g900t while i have the international g900f version.
Odd. I'd think it'd be the other way around since this is an international ROM. Did you check your APNs?

î cannot save APNs if i type them in. I get Baseband and IMEI unknown stuff. I also think its odd that i have CDMA settings at the mobile network settings even though i have a GSM phone. I also already tried to take a quick efs backup from stock firmware and restore it on MoKee but i had no success, still no mobile network / data. It doesnt even ask me for a pin code, it just displays empty signal bars in the status bar. Super odd.

Does it come with the basic AOSP Bugs ?

Lol...sim phone book isn't a bug, it's just something not supported by AOSP...bout the camera and files, can't tell because it's device specific...

More than likely not. Most all ROMS now only work with unlocked bootloaders and you install them via CWM or TWRP
@Ryuinferno - we still have no lockscreen notifications?

Is anyone running this rom on our phone? Not much activity on this thread. The rom looks promising, but I'm getting a little burnt out on flashing half-baked roms lately. I really appreciate all the hard work that goes into these roms. Just looking for something that has a nice polished feel to it.

I tried it in my RazrM (unlocked and rooted). It was slower than the slowest snails! I could NOT get wifi on. I reloaded it several times using the usual wipes of data, cache etc but still ran slow as heck and still no wifi. So then I tried to install another kernel (forgot which one though) and still the same problem. So I went to Gummy 4.4.x and it works! Thumbs down to this rom.

What recovery did you use?
I flash this with Philz latest touch CWM and it works pretty good!
I also flash Gummy and both ROMs was smooth on one level!

Yep, I used Philz latest touch CWM. I redid it several times and same results. But, I had no problem installing Gummy using the same method.
I actually just received an unlocked razrM that I bought on line through Swappa a couple of days ago and it may just be the phone. I went back to 4.1.2 cause it is super fast on my other RazM phones. I will do more testing on my new RazrM just to see if maybe the phone is not so good so I can send it back.
I've been using this ROM for about a week now and its great. Its very smooth and I have had very little to no problems with it.

I came from Carbon Kitkat, the only thing that I miss are the lockscreen notifications...
I use this Rom too and it's amazing but it seems like the battery life isn't very good? And if I have a notification and start WhatsApp with halo it's in this window mode but if I want to start it without having a notification it's in fullscreen mode?
Edit: OTA Updates don't work my recovery says installation aborted has anybody a solution?

You probably have CWM installed. I experienced in other roms that CWM doesnt work with OTA updates. You have to use TWRP to get this working (at least this is the case on my Nexus 10).

So this Rom is based on the GooglePlay-Edition-Roms? Odexed is a very nice feature and unique for this rom. I havent seen any custom rom before which was odexed. no CM source?

It could be caused by two reasons:
a) Gapps (/system/app/Provision.apk, /system/app/CalendarProvider.apk etc has unexpected contents.)
b) system files are modified (this includes flashing a custom kernel which replaces system files)
To solve:
1. Format /system (or else old gapps will be restored)
2. Flash full ROM
3. Flash OTA
4. Flash gapps from MoKee Centre
Future updates will be working...unless you are still using a custom kernel, where you must flash back the full ROM or restore the specific files if you know how...

Thanks for the fast answer I have no custom kernel installed and did a full wipe before falshing the rom. Is it possible that the problem is caused by Titanium Backup because I freezed/uninstalled some Apps (Google Apps too). Btw I'm useing CWM. It seems a good rom! The only thing I dont like is the small bar when someone calls you..

The new sources(4.4.3) is great. Everything work fine, notification for lockscreen is very nice and usable, and Neon theme for cm11 is beautiful, battery life joy me every day. Thank you.
P.s. If i make Russian translation for settings will you add it in your rom?

hm, I disable it in settings and if i install full update of rom it will enable. It disable always. :victory:
guy, got a little problem. I can't install mokee on my device. I am using zxdualrecovery, unlocked bootloader, rooted. File is on my sd card. Using Philz recovery that came with dualrecovery. When I install I get status (7), "set metadata recursive some changes failed". I tried a couple of fixes like disabling verification, and also erasing some portions of the script in updater_binary.
Any ideas? Thanks.

you should flash boot.img manually then use the recovery in it to flash the rom, no CM11 can be flashed with philz touch!

Finally I try MoKee and... it's a great ROM!
I leave Carbon cause to so much bugs (Bluetooth FC with my car radio, Camera button to pause music don't work, torch switch off when screen switch off, etc.)
Mokee don't have any of there bugs, so I enjoy it. :good:
Hello, this can be installed in a locked bootloader? I have just installed the recovery on my ZR, but I can't flash, I get an error and the install didn't finish.

Stable build? If you are on another ROM, then yes. Install with a clean install/factory reset/wipe system/cache and you're good to go.
I'm not home, I'll flash and report when I'm back home.
At stable download section I saw release type as "Release", not "stable"
Should I flash them or I should flash latest nightly??

Release (stable). It's odex, so it's better then nightly
Flashed latest nightly, Everything works fine till now.
I found no bugs.
Btw, Screen on battery time seems a little better than CM.

I couldn't fix it by rebooting.
It's so unusual cause I can't write anything in root of sdcard0, inside folders,everything works fine. I'll flash again tomorrow
Creating a folder on sd0 is no problem on the release version (with integrated file manager).
Weird problem; I can't see it's ROM related.
ROM feedback: Locking very nice! Very good work, I like the lock screen notifications especially. I don't know whats up with this chinese (?) stuff, but you luckily can uninstall the most apps
Will test it more when I've got time to install all my needed stuff; for now I have to return to CM

You might be on a nightly. Try to install with the release builds!
in past i have used this mokee rom unofficially and it has sd card mounting issue and slow battery charging issues....this can be occured after usage of 2 days
and a major bug is kernal which gives random blue screen reboots. someone can report if all these doesnt exists . cheers

Swipe-typing and face unlock are NOT ROM issues. They need the proper libraries from Google Apps.
FC in Settings -> more -> mobile networks -> provider settings (don't select it, there's nothing in there anyway)
Does not work on 4.1 stock ROM's bootloader, please upgrade to 4.2 before flashing
Additionally, Dual SIM has the following limitations:
Both SIMs are always enabled (no way to disable one SIM)
"Receive incoming call while data is enabled" is always enabled
3G may not work properly if Dual SIM mode is enabled with only 1 SIM inserted
(Bugs reported by users will be updated here after they are confirmed. I may ask for a logcat to fix the bugs.)
NOTES
- If you are not able to connect to your service network provider and can't make calls etc, try flashing the modem through ODIN. Search the threads in Galaxy Grand forums and you'll find instructions there.

PA Gapps that I have linked in the OP has link to lollipop gapps too. Read the first line of the PA Gapps thread.
Paranoid Android lollipop source is in its infancy. Features and fixes are slowly rolling into it. Once PA team starts releasing their builds, the source code will hopefully be more stable then.
I don't agree on that, PA's DSB is far more appealing and changes it in the real time, and also the transition is also lot smoother than the Lollipop, infact lollipop's is more or less app's inbuilt status bar color and not like picking up colors and in Lollipop's DSB there are many apps which just doesn't change so basically it's really an app specific and not the same coding used in the PA so there's lot difference between the both. If you can implement it, I would really appreciate it and I have been waiting also from Kiktat 4.4.4 PA for Galaxy Grand Duos but didn't happened. At least this time if you could do the needful It would be really awesome. BTW right now I am using Pawitp's CM Lollipop latest build. Thanks for the reply anyways. My best wishes.

The previously used Gapps for 5.0 was at BasketBuild Link for Gapps compatible with CM12 and other AOSPs . After flashing the PA ROM with this Gapps - When the signin screen comes some kind of crush happens at background. Either way it gets a loop to the first step of the setup (i.e.,) Starts checking the wifi connectivity again - Checking for updates blah blah....
