First of all, I NEVER claims that I am a developer, I am just an advanced user and also a XDA Recognized Themer. If you wonder who I am, have a look on what I had done in past..
Xperia Arc is my second (spare) phone, my works are mainly focused on HTC Sensation. As a themer, I love to mod my phone to becomes unique and different with those generic phone. So here I present to you all my own themed ROM for Xperia Arc / Arc S. This is not just a THEMED STOCK ROM, thanks to all modders here I am able to combine all the goodness of their respective mods and hence produce this ROM.
This is a daily ROM for my own Xperia Arc and I can say that it is stable enough for me to share with you guys, if you found any bugs feel free to inform me but PLEASE be appropriate and do not flame other members here, XDA is a peace community..

HOW TO INSTALL VIPER XPERIA
BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO INSTALL THIS ROM
- Make sure you had installed Official 4.0.4 ftf pack
- If you don't have it, have a look on Post 3, download from the link provided
- When flashing official ftf pack remember to exclude / tick these things:
1. simlock.ta (Exclude TA)
2. Kernel.sin (Exclude kernel)
3. FOTA (Exclude FOTA)
- After flash successful, power on your phone and let it start completely
- Now you can start to install this ROM

Unlocked Bootloader:
1. Flash the Recommended Kernel: Vengeance , KTG Anzu , RUSH
2. Place ROM on SD card
3. Power off the phone and boot into CWM
3. Backup and restore > choose Backup
4. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
5. Mounts and storage > Format /system
6. Advanced > Wipe battery stats
7. Install zip from SD card > Choose Viper Xperia
8. Follow on screen instructions on AROMA, remember to choose "Unlocked bootloader" and also the correct kernel modules
9. After complete installation tick "Reboot" and let the phone restart
10. Give the phone a good full charge, and enjoy the ROM!
Locked Bootloader:
1. Root your phone by following this tutorial, then install CWM using this app
2. Place ROM on SD card
3. Power off the phone and boot into CWM
3. Backup and restore > choose Backup
4. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
5. Mounts and storage > Format /system
6. Advanced > Wipe battery stats
7. Install zip from SD card > Choose Viper Xperia
8. Follow on screen instructions on AROMA, remember to choose "Locked bootloader" and also "Stock kernel" modules
9. After Complete Installation untick "Reboot" and then select reboot in CWM
10. Give the phone a good full charge, and enjoy enjoy the ROM!

xLoud Fix For Walkman (Workaround)
1. Go to Settings > Developer options > Enable Kill app back button
2. Open Walkman and play any song
3. Press menu > Sound Enhancement > Choose your settings and tick the xLoud
4. Long press back button to kill Sound Enhancement
5. No more sound reduce now.. :good:
Walkman FC when tap on "My Music"
1. Go to Settings > Apps > "ALL" tab > Walkman > Clear Data
2. Go to Settings > Apps > "ALL" tab > Media Storage > Clear Data
3. Wait for 5-10 minutes so that media scanner can scan the whole SD Card, there might be a corrupt entry of any music file which is preventing Walkman from functioning properly
Cybershot 3D Camera FC
- Change another kernel like Vengeance
ROM is very laggy and slow
- Go to Settings > Developer options > Untick "Force GPU rendering"
- "Windows animation scale" & "Transition animation scale" set to .5x
- Install Script Manager > Open the app and navigate to /system/xbin > Run flush script (Remember to click the SU button)
What is the best kernel to use with this ROM?
Every user use their phone differently, some are heavy user who love to push their phone to the limit, and some are just normal user who use their phone for calling and messaging only.
Every different kernel fulfill different conditions for different kind of users, so I will not give you suggestion for the "BEST" kernel, personally I am using Rush Kernel for my Xperia Arc and it works perfectly without any problems, but my suggestion for you would be "TRY and FIND OUT by your own"..
Will this ROM better than XXX ROM?
NEVER compare ROMs, it is a kind of disrespectful to the ROM creator. If you want to know which is better, try it yourself.
How to install OTA update?
1. Settings > Viper Xperia Advanced Settings > System updates
2. Under UPDATES, if there is an update available then you will be notified
3. Download the updates, after "Download Finished" was shown, reboot to Recovery
4. In Recovery, Install Zip from sdcard --> Choose Zip from sdcard ---> sdcard/OTA-Updater/ViperXperia_OTA_Vx.x.zip
5. Reboot and done
WiFi doesn't work after ROM install
Reflash Wifi modules downloaded from the kernel thread
The ROM is not rooted after updates
Download SuperSU binary installer (UPDATE-SuperSU-vx.xx.zip) HERE then flash it in Recovery
xLoud™, Clear Audio™ and Sound Enhancement didn't work
Change another kernel, some kernel has some issue with this, Rush kernel works fine
Google Play Store didn't show purchased apps
Go to Settings > Apps > "ALL" tab > Google Play Store > Clear data
Google Play Store unable to update apps with error
Remove your Google account > reboot > then sign in again to your account
I Installed Xperia Z Home with 4x5 drawer but it's still 4x4
Go to Settings > Apps > "ALL" tab > Xperia Home > Clear data
Installed apps are missing in drawer for Xperia Z Home 4x4
Go to Settings > Apps > "ALL" tab > Xperia Home > Clear data
Can this ROM install on locked bootloader?
Yes
Can this ROM install on XXX device?
This is for Xperia Arc,Arc S, Neo, Neo V, Pro & Ray ONLY
What is the Antutu/ benchmark score of this ROM?
I NEVER use Antutu or any other benchmark tools to determine the performance. Benchmark score can easily get cheated by overclocking, increasing memory read ahead or using different IO scheduler. I use my OWN observation to determine and experience how fast is the ROM.. remember BENCHMARK SCORE IS NOT EVERYTHING!!
How much free RAM in this ROM?
160MB and above, depends on how much background process are running, your Minfree setting and any task killer app installed. If you need more RAM, remove Xperia Home and install other launcher from Play Store, or just change you ROM to those BORING AOSP BASED ROM WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATION & MODS
Can I port this ROM or Advanced Settings to XXX device/ ROM?
Ask me by PM first before you trying to do so..
Can you add/remove XXX mods/themes into this ROM?
Well, I love suggestion but I hate request. The main objectives of my ROM is to give user the best experience with their phone in terms of graphic UI and also performance, there must be reason behind why I include or does not include XXX mods/themes into this ROM.
Changing lock screen wallpaper
Go to Settings > Display > Lockscreen settings > Wallpaper to set lockscreen wallpaper
MyXperia FC when I open it first time
MyXperia will FC 2 times:
- When first time clicking "Accept"
- Second time after the first FC occur
- Starting from third time it will no more FC
To prevent MyXperia FC on every reboot, turn it off in Settings > Xperia > MyXperia

Looks nice. I'll try this on my arc, not really done anything with it since I got my HOX. I'd say feedback soon but just changed my broadband provider so getting about 1mps at the moment, so feedback...later

Why need to compare free RAM when it is already fast enough? alright it's approximately 150MB
Alright I forgot something.. in V1.0 you won't find those Adanced settings like Dolby Mobile and Power Saver.. they will be available when V1.1 comes out, it will be an OTA update for V1.1 to test out my OTA service.. ETA? One or two days..

Installing now, will report back, just one question, because I am using Serene Kernel and you didn't included modules for that kernel, I can flash modules for WiFi on top of it right?

How to install
What do you need:
installed flashtool + drivers (will be installed after flashtool instalation)
zip file with ROM -> copy to SD card (DO NOT UNPACK)
ftf file with stock JellyBean ROM (original unmodified firmware) -> save to directory C:\flashtool\firmware

Disconnect phone from PC.
Root a install CWM
Turn on phone.
Hold volume Up a and wait for blue LED until it change to green Enter into CWM.
In CWM select
-> instal zip from sd card --> choose zip from sdcard ---> select .zip (uniQue2-XV-final_aroma-2.1.1.zip) ----> yes
Restart phone, let it boot into system, do basic setup and restart again.
Done!

I tried to theme it with the navbar, to pngs but the navbar gave me a lot of headache. I tried reading the smali and men its a different language. =)

I don't want to offend you, as I imagine there is a huge amount of work behind this project, but the custom UI design looks very bad IMO.
The white / black contrast is way too much, the italic serif font looks absolutely hideous and in general my gut feeling was "no way I'm gonna install this" when looking at your screenshots. You should probably ask someone with an affinity to design and typography to help you improve the looks of your ROM, as otherwise your feature set is impressive.
BTW... is there any way to install this ROM without the skin (keep the original SONY design) ?

We can never be satisfied for all users.
Here you can see ROM uniQue v2.1 with the best things and features, which author (steveboss) wants have in this ROM and here is really a lot of people who are happy for it.
When you don´t like desing of this ROM, you have to find another.
Other way does not exist, sorry

Have problems with superuser and adaway.
Couple of freezes.
Not so smooth as unique 2.

This is crap, the error is on your side.
You try uninstall update of Superuser... and uninstall adaway, next reboot and next install adaway and you must look to display during starting adaway and you do confirm Superuser dialog...

The white / black contrast is way too much, the italic serif font looks absolutely hideous and in general my gut feeling was "no way I'm gonna install this" when looking at your screenshots. You should probably ask someone with an affinity to design and typography to help you improve the looks of your ROM, as otherwise your feature set is impressive.
BTW... is there any way to install this ROM without the skin (keep the original SONY design) ?

Go to superuser and you do delete adaway twice, next you do reboot and you start adaway and you must allow superuser confirm dialog. Otherwise, you send me to PM link for adaway and I will trying it.

How To Install:
i) Place the IzerHD™ zip in the device.
ii) Reboot to your Custom Recovery CWM/TWRP/Philz (I have only Tested the ROM in Philz Recovery. Should work on other recoveries too but if it doesn’t, install Philz Recovery & Retry.)
iii) Wipe Cache, Data and System.
iv) Install the IzerHD™ v5 Zip (ROM zip contains Gapps so no need to flash another Gapp's package.)
v) DO NOT set up your Google Account in the Setup Wizard. Set it up later through Settings.
vi) Reboot.
DISCLAIMER: I'm not held responsible if somehow something bad happens to your device, you somehow manage to brick the device. I've tested the ROM in my P3100 and it works. Confirmed working in P3110 & P3113 as well.

Do NOT setup your Google Account in the Setup Wizard. Set it up later via Settings.
To control brightness, Enable Status Bar Brightness control via Settings->Status Bar->Brightness Control.
If you flash AGNI KERNEL, it will change the SOUND EFFECTS. So use the Agni kernel app to disable all Agni Sound Enhancemnets.

This is the highest benchmark scores I've seen so far in P31XX.
Main credits for the scores goes to AGNI Kernel as he got those scores using Agni Kernel.

Battery life is good, same as its on official Cyanogenmod builds.
I have not tried CronMod script, but I think it should work.

2) Viper4fx sound boost is very good,,,,,beats are awesome... +1 for it.

4) Compatibility with Next kernel is good with great stability.
5) ScreenRecorder-pro was asking for internet connection and everytime it says root access is required even though i have given superuser privileges for both "Apps and ADB" from Developer options.(I have one Screenrecorder-pro APK which works surprisingly well...i can share it with you if you want.

The only difference between the old upload and new upload will be that I have removed two non-system apps and updated xposed apps to their latest versions.
Rest all is the same as earlier upload.

Backup your phone.
Shut down your phone
Run flashtool, click on flash icon , select flashmode.
Select file with stock JB ROM from the list. Check "No final verification" and confirm.
Connect the phone after request. Push and hold Volume down and connect cable to PC Wait for flashing to end.
Disconnect phone from PC.
Connect phone to PC and hold Volume up notification led will be blue
In flashtool click on flash icon again, and select fastboot mode.
Select kernel to Flash
In window search for file with kernel (.elf) and select it. Confirm and wait for install to finish.
Disconnect phone and turn it on and wait for magenta LED, next Tapping volume Up until it change to green Enter into CWM.
In CWM select
-> instal zip from sd card --> choose zip from sdcard ---> select .zip uniQu3 rom ----> yes
Reboot
Done!

Locked bootloader: (Execution LT30p_9.2.A.1.205_FIX4.3 you reach FULL JB4.3 as after flash system through SUS, or PCC)

Installed JB4.1.2 with working recovery.(I recommend cwm v7 from davidmarco)

Backup your phone.
Reboot your phone to recovery
In CWM select
-> instal zip from sd card --> choose zip from sdcard ---> select .zip uniQu3 rom ----> yes
Power Off
Flash LT30p_9.2.A.1.205_FIX4.3 via FlashTool

Tips and tricks:
● Turning on Circle Battery with percent: Settings / power management / status bar information / turn - off and restart
● Preventing of kill background/foreground apps: Settings / uniQue options / AppSettings / application name and enable the option "Resident" / save and restart. (carefully, I don`t recommend the more applications)
● Switch LowMemoryKiller to default: Do Soft Reboot - it`s loaded LowMemoryKiller with default option.
● After changing theme you have to do REBOOT

- go to settings/uniQue Options
- tap on Serajr Xperia Xposed
- tap on SystemUI
- chose Portrait Size or Landscape Size and chose any size...
- restart

- go to Settings/uniQue Options

I just flashed this ROM,
first,it's beautiful and smooth,
but I got two problems,
1,free RAM a bit less;
2,some places are not translated.

1. Free ram it's OK, you can do soft reboot and it change default lowmemory management and you should disable items from Autostarts.
2.After changed theme, you must reboot system.

I have about 300 mb of ram free all the time and i am lagging terrible.What can i do ?

Really? You can:
1. change launcher
2. freeze Google Services and other Google garbage
3. change ROM

I did the first 2 options and also i deleted useless apps but i am still lagging

So it remains only option... 3. , maybe reinstall uniQu3
