Are you serious? He was trying to help. What have you contributed to XDA? If you are rooted then you can install Xposed. Download "G2 Xposed" from google play then click navigation bar from within the app. There is a setting to change to a four button layout. You can change one of the buttons to a recents key

Doesn't seem to work for me.
As soon as I press power either the screen goes to sleep or I get the power down menu.
If I press menu first then I get the menu, hitting power then does as above.
If I (try to) hit them both at the same time, one or other of the above happens.
So, what's the trick?
Try to press the home button just before the power? Works everytime for me!

You don't need an app.
Sweet LG n1 function
Screenshots with CM7?
Has anybody found a screenshot app that would work with Cyanogenmod? The built-in function is not available and the apps I have tried produce a blank image.
(I would ask this in the CM thread but as a junior member I don't have rights to post in dev forums.)

Launcher makes no difference in taking screenshots. It's the framework. If you're on stock rom, just use LG's built-in HOME+POWER mentioned in this thread.

Start Activity Launcher and choose ¨All activities¨
Click on Settings and search for Blocking Mode, You can hold your finger on Blocking Mode and Create a Shortcut on the Start Screen to make it easier to access it the next time i tried adding it in the Status Bar toggles, but that trick with SQ Lite is over sadly :/
It works 100% without any glitch or bug

I think the option to have the numbers on the battery icon itself is much better than having it next to it.
And that option is there on OPO, right out of the box.

I am and have been for months, including the paid unlocked version. I may just do a clean install next week and start fresh.
