Anyone have a stock Rom RUU to recovery this?

Yup, you can use this, I did last night to recover my phone to get the stock rom back on it again, however it will leave you with 4.2.2 on there, you can always flash a custom rom afterwards, makesure to check flash radio and recovery too.
Scroll down to stock ROM resets and select "Stock 2.24.161.1 ROM and Recovery with Aroma Installer" (161 is Vodafone UK)
It covers these models:
modelid: PN0710000
cidnum: VODAP001
cidnum: VODAP102
cidnum: VODAPE17
cidnum: VODAP405
cidnum: VODAP304
cidnum: VODAPD18
cidnum: VODAP120
cidnum: VODAP110

My guess would be that the person before you has flashed a firmware package onto the phone which made the unlikely combinations of version. I wouldn't pay too much of an attention to those.
My output is as follows:
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.54.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.19.3263.13

Don't pay attention to the cidnum, as I'm S-OFF and SuperCID. The modelid is the number for EMEA region. cidnum, I think, is only important for S-OFF and/or SuperCID, but since you're on HBOOT 1.54 those aren't yet availble.

If you click into the .rar file you will see a file called androidinfo.txt i think
You can edit this using winrar. You can change one of the model ID's to the file, save it and then reflash

Is it possible to get Android 7.1.1 working on m7_wlv PN07120?

S-OFFd and unlocked, CID 11111111 and MID PN0710000 are set. Tried numerous different radios, kernels, hboots and ROMs - nothing really works. Some RUUs from m7vzw with some roms are getting 3G working, but no NFC or 4G.
PN07120 is written on the side of the device.
Also, if anyone can explain me difference between m7wlv and m7vzw, I would highly appreciate it)
