otg is a functionality that is not limited to i8190 variants
you just need the right ROM that supports it
perhaps more time researching before posting

I think there is no way. Changes for otg is kernel related. I think there is need to make stock kernel with maclaw's source. Maybe you can ask him.
Also you can use this trick on stock.

To enable USB host API support you should add a file named
android.hardware.usb.host.xml*and containing the following lines:
<permissions> <feature name="android.hardware.usb.host"/> </permissions>
into folder
/system/etc/permissions
in that folder find file named
handheld_core_hardware.xml or tablet_core_hardware.xml
and add
<feature name="android.hardware.usb.host" />
into*<permissions>*section.
Reboot your device. Usb host api should work.

Hope I Helped You . If I did, then why not press the "Thanks" button under my post.

Yeah, I did.
In here, you can get a list of many CSC features that you can easily enable and use without any issues. I tried some of them and they worked great. For example, before adding Blocking Mode to my ROM, I added a feature called "Call and Message block" and it worked wonderfully.

One more question. If i enable / disable some of CSC options individually and then i put CSC in my rom, there will be any conflict when i will use CSC toggle to enable / disable?

You mean you want to do something like this? Then yes, it probably might cause some issues. I think the OP of that thread (majdinj) can only answer this confidently.
You can give it a try and see if works or not. And because I didn't try, I can't tell for sure.

[Lollipop] N9005 SecContacts_Phone_OSup recompiled don't work

hi guy
I have try to mod SecContacts_Phone_OSup.apk of Leaked stock Lollipop GBNL8 for N9005 but he don't work (haven't got icon phone and contact on grid app after flash)
I have decompiled the apk stock and recompiled without any mod but don't work too
I have tried with another Compression level
it not work
I use apktool 2.0.0RC3 (support Lollipop)
smali/baksmali 2.0.5
Same problem here!
Yep. Many of us have been aware of the issue practically since it came out. There are ways to change some things, but no way around the recompiling issue (yet).
Hi mate,
How you were able to change things inside apk?
I tried only with rar to change res files but FC at all.

Usally you use 7-zip . You right click on apk and select open within the 7-zip right click options (do not unzip) . Then drag your png etc..
I could tell you, but I'd have to kill you....

Enabling hidden features in build.prop

Hello everyone,
so, there is a few hidden features in our P9 lite... It's safe and not difficult. Few extra features.
First of all, build.prop file is located at System\ directory.
If someone is having a problem to find it, it's possible to use third-party app, as an example "Root Essentials" to edit mentioned file.
Also, I highly recommend before editing to make a backup.
All these modifications were made on stock ROM for Europe model known as VNS-L21; Build number: VNS-L21C432B160.
Code:
1. To improve jpeg images quality, set "[B]ro.hwcamera.jpeg.quality=95[/B]" to "[B]100[/B]"
2. To enable double touch to turn on the screen, change "[B]ro.config.hw_easywakeup=false[/B]" to "[B]true[/B]"
3. To enable headset SWS effect and DTS mode, change "[B]ro.config.hw_dts=false[/B]" to "[B]true[/B]"
For now that's it... Probably most interesting changes.
I've not encountered any bootloops after this.

You have root already, than you can use root explorer to edit build.prop.
May be the problem is not much app support android 10.
For ADB, I have no idea.

you can try flashing the firmware for the XQ-AT51:
