This may sound like a silly question.... But is this based on the official D955 kitkat stock rom or ported over from one of the other variants?

Guy, he just made a flashable KDZ, then, is not just a stock ROM, it have every single partition, modem, sbl, bootloader, some debug partitions, kernel, system, everything, if some partition is left without flash, the kernel detect and the system don't boot

Because my device is a D958, the only real difference between the variants are the modem, that control the radio, I flashed the D959 ROM but the radio didn't work, then, the D959 modem is not compatible with the d958, I would like to try the D955 ROM, but for this, I need to know if the D955 modem will work in the D958, for this, I just need the modem from D955 4.2.2 and flash it to my phone, then, I can test, if doesn't work, I just flash back my D958 modem and everything is OK.

Guy, I know all this, you are not the first to say, I never say I have a problem that I was not waiting for, are tests, to know about the variants, and I did with other ROM's already, now I'm using a D959 ROM in my D958, any problem, since I flashed the D958 modem on it.
Using a AT&T kernel on it, any problems neither, then, to everybody, everybody can test anything, and say them experiences with it, just don't ask for support after, what i can say is that, is possible undo everything, I just didnt return to d958 ROM because I'm ok with this one.

Problems after flasing basebands

Hello.
I've recently flashed 20c and now 20s basebands. Ever since i flashed them after the use of wifi my phone doesn't receive data after disconecting wifi, so i have to restart the phone to get data. It happens on every rom. Does anybody know what the problem could be, and the solution? Thanx

Not yet,
once more binaries are released,
I could work on implementing a plug in for franco's gamma interface. Like a stock+ kernel. Note added.

Thanks for helping out.
If no baseband, I'd wipe, revert to original radio, clean fresh wipe and stock kernel.
Could be issues with your recovery, if 2.6.3.2 TWRP is your current recovery, revert back to 2.6.3.1 , if you have the baseband issue in 2.6.3.1, make sure to be on the latest 2.6.3.2 version.
Use fasboot flash recovery recovery.img , once in recovery boot to bootloader, then reboot to bootloader once again, then back into recovery. Wipe dal&cache and you should be good to go.
(Edit: And also make sure that you are rooting with the latest SuperSU 1.69.)

A stock+ kernel will be very nice, I was a huge fan of faux's enhanced stock when in mako, I'm that kind of user that changes kernels for the extras (gamma, sound, UV...) LOL!

Sorry for the noob question. This is my first Nexus device, and I'm trying to keep it as stock (i.e. stock recovery, stock ROM) as possible (for now anyways).
I'm thinking of flashing Franco kernel.
If I ever wanted to revert back to the stock kernel, how would I flash this back?
Just boot into fastboot and then run "fastboot flash boot boot.img"?

[Firmware][Bootloader & Modems][Odin] - G920T - DOJC | DOJ7

Links in second post
**USE EVERY FILE AT YOUR OWN RISK**
Here you will find a collection of stock Samsung firmware images to flash with Odin. Starting with OI1 and OH6.. I will try my best to update this thread when new firmware is released and post it as soon as possible.
Edit: accidently deleted files, so now starting with DOJ7
Not much difference between OI1 and OH6 as far as I can tell, but what I have noticed is that you can no longer flash the engineering bootloader on OI1. So if you want video calling with RCS messaging (SMS chat) and use the engineering bootloader, I suggest you flash OH6 instead.
Instructions:
1. Download firmware
2. Reboot device to download mode (Power off, hold power, volume down, and home buttons until a screen shows up and press volume up)
3. Connect device to your computer
4. Open Odin and select firmware location in AP slot
5. Wait for Odin to verify image, and select start!

I don't think you can downgrade the modem, not sure. You can try it how you said earlier, but just remove the bootloader. Really can't help you much since I don't use the metropcs unlock method. Don't need to be unlocked
