Nexus theme for Xperia devices? - Xperia Z1 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have been looking all over forums to find a nexus theme for my Sony Xperia Z1 and to my surprise it seems like there isn't one available.
I know that there is a guide on how to create one here: http://www.xda-developers.com/android/learn-how-to-create-your-own-xperia-theme/
but I don't have sufficient graphic design knowledge.
Has anyone stumbled upon one or created one?

[WANTED] Omnia ROM for Xperia

Does anyone know where to get a ROM that makes you're Xperia look like an Omnia, with all its features? Or maybe this will inspire cooks to make one, becaue i love the UI from the Omnia!

Xperia Z home screen inspiration

Hey all,
I am fairly new to Android after being long time lover of all things Apple related however felt that change was needed. My phone is the Sony Xperia Z which is sweet however the look of the phone does feel some what dated and could do with an tart up as we say.
Downloaded Nova Launcher Prime however I really don't have a scooby doo of what to do or how to achieve anything special.
Has anyone got an experience with producing decent quality but useful looking home screen etc please?
Any tips would be gratefully received.
Thanks
Scott

[Q] Xperia Tablet Z AOSP on Xperia Z - is this possible?

Hi All,
I've been switching roms since I got my Z (bundled with a BE Proximus contract for 1€, yeay) but so far I keep reverting back to the stock ROM.
There are still some issues with most CM based ROMS (eg. audio bug when switching to speakerphone) and I really like the Sony camera app for it's image quality and speedy burst mode.
On the other hand: the DPI size of the UI is terrible, the app icons are soo huge and there's no way to customize how big you want things to appear on this amazing 1920x1080 screen. I tried with the xposed framework to set custom dpi's as seen in the Paranoid rom / PAC rom, but the original launcher can't handle this properly: it sticks to 4 column grid and positions things completely wrong. Also the lockscreen sliders are not scaled as well, the Phone app looks messed up, in short, it looks terrible as soon as you want any of the Sony apps to be using a different dpi. You can adjust other apps like Gmail or the Play store though.
Since Sony released an AOSP project for the Xperia Tablet Z as well, I wonder if it would be possible to use the official firmware for the Xperia Tablet Z on the Xperia Z.
Has anyone any ideas how to investigate this? I'm definitely willing to spend some time on this one, I'd love to see my phone's amazing screen being used as a Tablet Z whilst still using the same camera and other Sony optimizations.
Kind regards,
Erik
Xperia Z has it's own official AOSP project http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2297927
Lots if things don't work though due to closed source proprietary drivers and there's not really much Sony can do about that.
Ok, I understand that the AOSP projects are far from finished. So my question should be then: is it possible to install a FTF file for the Xperia Tablet Z on the Xperia Z? So we could have the Xperia Tablet Z features on the Xperia Z?
Kind regards,
Erik
No, if flashtool allows flashing it at best it wouldn't boot, at worst it would brick your XZ. Which features specifically do you want from the XTZ?

[Q] How to Xperia Z1/Z2 live wallpaper colour freeze?

As we know with the kitkat update, the xperia z2 live wallpaper was brought to our xperia z1(the one that changes colour with swipes and touches). I was just wondering if there's any way to stop the colour at a point because the reds and purple-pinks look really really good to me and I'd like it to stay there.
Alternatively, if someone can tell me where that pink wallpaper is from in the htc m8 in this article about xperia z2 vs htc m8 on phonearena then i'd be eternally grateful:
search for the article please i cant post links just yet
I think it's the Z2 live wallpaper which is ported but anyway any help is appreciated
Thank you!

Someone already did that with live wallpaper, try to search on cross section and Z1/Z2 apps and themes threads.
It's somewhere there...

Any goodies to port from Z3?

Hi guys I'm a guy with Z1 and i'm leaving home (for study) soon. I hope to improve my mother's XV before i leave.....
There's pretty lots of Z3 port for 4.4 devices and I hope to know if there's any for Xperia V with stock based 4.3 firmware, especially for the lockscreen and launcher.
Thanks
The lockscreen is the same as Z2 one. For the launcher check this out: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2868655
Also make sure to have a look at the forum this thread is located in (Cross-Device Development)
You will find everything you are looking for.
There is also a guide to port Z2 lockscreen.
