[Q] any modification for camera?

The camera on this phone can certainly do better but at present there's too much noise... Any one knows a mod for this? To reduce noise ? I have a rooted phone and while like to improve the camera performance ... Thanks

So,this is MegaBassBeats audio sound enchancer for Incredible S but limited to Gingerbread only!!!
Earlier i used this on my galaxy 3 and sound was too good so today I though I should try it on Incredible S as well and I think it's working.
The bass and overall sound is much clear, switch on beats audio and feel the clarity.

Well the reason of this mixed response is that we already have beats Audio....but acc to me this MOD gives clear sound and effective bass then beats audio, that's why I flashed it and if you don't feel it probably you are using stock headphones.
If you are not using stock headphones, then flash this mod and disable the extra bass from Tweaks in settings.
And then tell me if you can feel a rich bass and clear sound..

after i flashed this,will it appear in app drawer menu?
i mean how to know if it is working or not?

No, this will not appear in the app drawer.
Well to know if it is working...
Listen to a song then flashed it....and then listen to the same song if u feel the diff in sound quality and bass then it is working.
Acc to me you will not feel any diff with stock headphones...only try if you are using good headphones.

Sry, I don't get any difference either... Using beats with some GB-ROMs...

[REQ] Beats Audio on AOSP ... Kinda

Okay so I'm running cm10.1 at the moment, it's great one the one,.but there's a few things I miss. The camera is one, not a lot we can do about that but what about BeatsAudio. I know you can do the exact same thing in DSP manager but I still miss the little Beats icon that comes up on stock ... I know it's small, but it would be cool .....
So any ideas anyone?

So I love the stock Android roms without Sense but I really can't seem to get great audio like I do out of a Sense ROM with Beats. So what have you found for a sound mod that is just as great as the Beats audio?
Also any camera recommendations? I'm not so fond of the stock Google camrea.

You can try sound explosion final by doc3000, it works for cm11

The Sense camera is simply the best. But on CM11, with altered DSP settings, I get better sound than what I get on Sense. Try all the presets and see which you find to be the best.

On Google Play Edition (GPE) ROMs, I use Project ERA (formerly PureXAudio). The current version, 13.2, sounds really good through headphone and also over bluetooth to my Bose BT-Speaker.
You don't mention if by "without Sense" you are meaning GPE or AOSP (CM) based. They are two different things, AOSP-specific audio mods generally won't work on GPE and GPE audio mods won't work on AOSP. Project ERA works on Sense and GPE, but not on AOSP.
As for a camera app, I use Camera FV-5. It offers so many DSLR-like controls, including bracketing, exposure, metering, and more. Also great in full-auto mode for quick snaps.

@trjlive - Since I'm super CID, really any non-sense rom has to been quite the same. I'll definitely check out project ERA. Also that camera looks awesome! I'll try that out to!! I'm a photo junkie so I want a great functioning camera.

[Q] Theming GE roms

Hello,
Finally got my phone s-offed!
Decided to flash a GE rom. I do miss the CM theme engine, however I prefer the GE roms with it's better quality audio and other benefits.
Can anyone offer some ideas as to the best theme engine that plays nicely with a GE rom?
I see xposed works well, there are a couple of theme modules, xtheme and hktheme. Anyone suggest the better or best of the two for a wide theming option?
