Did you install or do anything that could cause this behaviour? What happens if you try to install a stock firmware using Flashtool?

Flashtool says Flash successful but it's not as green light only stays on for a couple of seconds

Even if I try the rubber band trick it goes between red and green lights

It's a known issue. Now on 4.1 it only happens to me if I turn it off while plugged to the charger, but if it's unplugged it stays off.

Time Without Zero

Is there a way, without rooting, to get a normal 12 hour clock without the zero in the front?

That seems related to your UI, you don't use the default one, do you use a launcher with personalized UI?
No I use default one though I have installed Google launcher but I don't use it

Any way to still use HTC TV app as a remote...

...without it constantly blocking with it's "Download Peel" bull? It would be stupid for them to totally shut down the app because the Guide doesn't work anymore.
