Is it only me or google apps don't work (even through browser) when you're using Mobile Data?

why don't you flash gapps?

There aren't any links for it. It's a system app for Enox ROM.

Type on dailer *#*#4636#*#* and then go to phone settings and set network to WCDMA preferred. Other way remove sim card and put it back or use a other sim card

You can't access *#*#4636#*#* ? It works on CM11 and what about removing sim or change sim card? Or maybe your sim provider locked the network access.
